It was on TV. I saw it when watching Invader Zim.
It was real short, though. So, you're not missing anything.

Is it the one where you just see Goku's silhouette, hear him to a Kamehameha, and then it says something like "Dragon Ball Z Kai - Coming Soon"? Because that one's all over YouTube, I think.

No, it's a different one specifically for Nicktoons. It has just as little information, though.

I miss Toonami too.
If it weren't for that bit of footage from the actual in-show episode near the end, I'd say that's a very sneaky ad for featuring 90% of the new opening intro animation. You'd think the whole thing was newly animated and end up disappointed.
Toonami wouldn't have done that.

So after seeing the Youtube video, I went on Nicktoons to see if I could see it myself, and it just so happened to come on (5 minutes ago at the time of this post.)
Interesting... but I agree that Toonami would of pulled this off so much better. Good thing I have the Toonami soundtrack to remind me of a better time with Dragonball Z. -sigh-

Ugh. I'm so tired of this generic rock music they put with Dragon Ball every time it's advertised here. I thought it being a new generation of Dragon Ball, they would end up dropping the rock music, but some things just never die. Other than that though, I like the trailer. Awesome Dragonballs flying around and seeing a short clip of Goku from Kai's intro is nice to see. Can't wait for the final product.

Eh, that's just the general tone we use for Action cartoons. Especially since it's Nickelodeon. It would have been the same thing with Disney XD or Cartoon Network.

Even though this was the intro on Toonami, something like this made me want to watch it because of the action used:

Memories! Watching that just gave me goosebumps. That music at the very beginning, before the clips even start -- oh man. Made me feel like running into the living room and turning the volume on the TV up.
Then I realized that I am in the living room and the TV is on mute because I was watching that video.
I would always sprint over to the TV to watch this one when it came on:

Oh man...good ol' Toonami ads...

Now
that's how I most fondly remember Toonami. I was a Space Ghost fan long before I ever saw Toonami so when Moltar was replaced I was pretty angry.

We know it'll be nothing like that, though. Besides, what good would a Toonami knockoff be on Nicktoons when they can hopefully be creative and do things their way? I mean, if they do it their way and it isn't all that great... then whatever. But if they try to copy Toonami and fail, then it'd be a much bigger shame on them.

Is that the Ocean Dub in the trailer? That Krillin voice sounds familiar.

For years and years I've had this one mp3 file that I downloaded, and I can never find a video that went with it! I'm pretty sure it's a Toonami promo; I uploaded it on YouTube, here's a link:

Read the description for more.
EDIT: Just thought that this was interesting, the same "I will make this whole planet suffer" line by Freeza is also used in this promo posted earlier by .:PoetikaL:.

Oh yeah. That's the FUNi/Ocean/Saban dub, alright. That's the greatest thing I've ever seen; so nostalgic.
