To get out of windowed mode; In look for a Mugen.cfg file in the "data" subfolder. Open it with a Notepad. From there just find "Fullscreen" under the Video section and change the value to 0.
Hope that helps!

Thanks! I looked in the mugen.cfg file and there's a way to change the resolution to a widescreen mode but when I try it, it just crops the bottom half off the screen to fit a widescreen window. Any way to fix this? I don't mind playing in 4:3 but I would prefer 16:9.

Sweet it worked.
But now I wanna pull off the Bye Bye Genki Dama, but I can't do it. I come so close to reaching the criteria, only for the Justice meter to go away.
Why Dragon Ball Consistency in something such as power levels matter!
Spoiler:
Doctor. wrote:I've explained before, I'll just paraphrase myself.
Power levels establish tension and drama. People who care about them (well, people who care about them in a narrative) don't care about the big numbers or the fancy explosions. If you have character A who's so much above character B, who's the main character, you're gonna be left wondering how in the hell character B, the character we're supposed to care and root for, is going to escape the situation or overcome the odds. It makes us emotionally invested.
If character B doesn't escape the situation in a believable way that's consistent with previous events, then that emotional investment is gone. It was pointless tension, pointless drama made just to suck in the viewer. It has no critical value whatsoever. The audience is left believing that the author can just create whatever scenarios he wants and what happens to the characters is decided by whatever the author wants to happen, regardless of the events that happened in the story. Which, in fairness, is what happens, but the audience wants to be fooled. The audience wants to know that the world they're following has rules. That the world they're invested in isn't going to bend to external factors that are irrelevant to them.
An author can do whatever he wants with the characters, that's not false. But the author should also have the responsibility to make sure it fits in cohesively with the other events in the narrative he has created.
Quick question: is there a quicker way to start-up Hyper DBZ? Or do you have to always do it the long way from the folder?

Haha, I love it! Might as well ask, how's development coming along? I saw screenshots of Majin Vegeta on the Facebook page. Also, I gotta give thanks to you (as well as the rest of Team Z2) for making such an awesome game.
My only complaint would be that he also seems really short. He's supposed to tower over Goku and Gohan by like a foot, but he almost seems shorter than them since he doesn't have hair.
Direct translations of the Korean DB Online timeline and guidebook.
My personal "canon" and BP list. (Coming Soon)

Characters have to be scaled differently in order to keep consistency with the style. This is why Vegeta and Freeza are taller than they should and also why a mock Kuririn was taller as well. It was just a single mock sprite, before anyone starts creaming their pants about the inclusion of Kuririn. Which is not a thing that is happening.

As much as they would love to make Cell, and I'm sure they will, he will be a bitch to draw due to all those spots. They still need to finish Maoji Vegeta and they just started work on Piccolo. Trunks might be next, maybe, nothing is planned as far as I know.

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to figure that out, myself. I've just stuck with using the standard screen size.

Dat Super Butouden kick move, dat Super DBZ Bing Bang.
I like how they completely redesigned Vegeta for his Majin form, with a new stance and everything instead of just a hair and face palette swap. Nice work, Z2.
