And Cooler. He wasn't in the Japanese version of Budokai 2, was he?

(Hmm. I'm also now wondering if the Gamecube version of Budokai 2 will have any enhancements from the PS2 version. It did for the first game, even if it was just the cel-shading.)

So that means Brolly and Cooler will be in Budokai 3? At least in Japan? Wow.... lucky.... but there's gonna be a third one... wow. I'm kinda sad about this in a way. They'll probably be like Score (the CCG printers) and not put Goten.

I honestly think we need Teen Goten and Trunks in a game. Not just that, but Goten in a GT game...

I hope that Budokai 3 will be a mix bewtween Dragon World, and the original Budokai story mode. Dragon World WAS indeed pretty boring. It took me until the second time I played it to realize how to get the Dragon Balls....

But the original Story Mode owned, all though I hated getting the Dragon Balls... I still haven't even gotten them all yet.

Now movie characters would be the best! (Next to teen Goten...) I'd like to see Taurus as well, and not a movie character... but I'd love it if you could fight as Jeice! I can't wait for the net game... especially the opening! hope I'm not a diappointed. It wasn't much disappointement, bt it did indeed exist. Mainly in Dragon World. But like I said I CAN NOT WAIT! ^_^

I can't see them taking out Goten. The only character missing from Budokai 2 who was in the first game was (I believe) Kid Gohan. But if you wanted to be a kid, you'd be Goten. And if you wanted to be hardcore, you'd pick Teen (sic) Gohan. Kid Gohan only had funky Saiyan armour and pudding bowl haircut going for him. Goten gets FUUUUUUUSSSSION. So they won't take him out.

Although, if they were going to put in added sillyness (like the Yamcha/Tenshinhan fusion), I wonder if they'll do a Teen Goten/Trunks fusion?

Actually, they also took out Zarbon, Dodoria, and Android #19. Not that many people will miss them though. Although I do kinda miss playing as younger Gohan.

Well, I suppose those make sense. Dodoria couldn't even transform, and lacked the non-transforming useful capsules of the androids.

Although Zarbon wasn't bad. And he had a funny alternative costume. I'd have been tempted to keep him over, say, Raditz.

Another thing I didn't like about BK2, that you weren't given Cells 4 forms and Freeza's 3. I really liked being able to transform and actually see the difference.

Cell and Freezer's transformations aren't in Budokai 2? Really? That's boo-rubbish-stinky. Do they just have their "final" forms the whole time?

God, I hope the Budokai series doesn't turn into a "We Love The Super Saiyans" sort of game, where you get to choose between 16 different characters, all with yellow hair.

Damn, Budokai 3 is shapping up to be the best game yet! If Goku can turn SSJ4, It's a sure bet that Vegeta can too.

I couldn't make out much more than Brolly, Goku's Kaio Ken aura, Fifth form Cooler, and what looked like it could have been a SSJ Gogeta. I haven't seen an SSJ4 in that vid...

However, I would like to note that the BG's are even more detailed, and the auras even more accurate! Yay!

Edit/Correction: Either my computer's just being a pain or that vid's really crappily encoded... Either way, I did just catch a glimpse of SSJ4 Goku!

Edit2: I just finished playing around with that video to see what else I could find since my computer wouldn't let me see it all by just hitting play. Anyway, the way Goku moved up to the Kaio Ken (BIG flash of light, instead of small flash like in the first two) was very cool.

Also, I think I may have seen a new feature (or maybe just a move for Goku?). Gogeta (I think it was him) kicked Goku into the air and then began to fire a Kamehameha. Suddenly Goku was behind Gogeta firing his own Kamehameha!

And no, that wasn't the 'Warp Kamehameha' move. It was from the normal view, and Gogeta fired a Kamehameha of his own, not a basic energy blast!

Alright, incase anyone's come by in the last half hour I'm making a new post for this one.

First, am I the only one who saw the really crappy, jerky, jumpy playback? If not, I could give someone my brand new mpeg (and very smooth motion) version of the vid to host somewhere!

Tmpeg works wonders I tell ya!

Secondly, the transformations look kind of cinematic now too! I just watched the snipet of Goku going SSJ3, there's this whole whirlwind of light and dust about him. Very cool.

The second screen definitely looks like a taller, leaner Gotenks, so I'd agree with it probably being Gogeta. As for SSJ4 Goku: Ooooooh nelly! All I can say to that is ..."meh".

Great marketing skills on the part of the game in terms of adding more charas, but let's see Pan already! She was a strong fighter in the manga and a main character in GT!

I don't want to be a wet-blanket, but I don't think you can judge that the game is going to be "super-awesome-wow" just because they've given Goku another transformation. Really, something like that doesn't affect gameplay at all, in the same way that his transformations in Budokai 2 were essentially the same as those from Budokai 1.

Plus, SSJ IV Goku is very, very ugly.

I'm mildly curious as to how it will work though. Will Adult Goku turn Super Saiyan IV, or will Chibi Goku be a seperate character?
