I'm hoping they don't get their butts kicked either. At least give them some strong minions to defeat.

On the poster-

Human fighters??? Ranchi??? Piccolo??? People besides sayiajin??? Vegeta as smallest character on poster???

This makes me WOOTWOOT and makes me very happy. I also love the dumb looking little aliens. I am so very happy to see this. Here's to hoping everyone shown on the poster actually shows up ^^

Man, Iam so excited about this. It seems like its gonna take place somtime after the Cell saga. But... why is Krillin bald? He should have hair by now. Oh no... an inconsistency already?! Oh well, I don't care it's been such a long time since a new DragonBall story has come out of Japan, I'll let almost anything slide at this point.

Krillian being bald could mean he just hasn't caught up to 18 yet. Is Marron born by the time that Trunks and Goten are that age? I haven't actually seen the Buu saga, I can't remember when she shows up.

The movies are always inconsistent with the series, so I'm used to that by now. I pretty much figured this movie would be inconsistent from the start.

Dragon Ball: Heya! Son Goku and Friends Return!! (ドラゴンボールオッス！帰ってきた孫悟空と仲間たち！！, Doragon Bōru Ossu! Kaette kita Son Gokū to Nakama-tachi!!)

The big tagline across the poster reads, "What is this unknown, powerful enemy!?"

It's apparantly supposed to be set shortly after the defeat of Majin Boo, despite a few inconsistancies. Of course, it's not like Kuririn can't shave his head, and time travel could always be involved.

Here's to hoping that this special will have a badass villain, and that it will go past the one hour mark at the very LEAST! This is going to be a TOTAL dream come true if the special satiates the tastes of the majority of the fanbase.

It's way to early to know.

For all we know the special could be five minutes long, not to mention it's not uncommon for these types of things to never see the light of day after they're screened for the first time.

Not for something Dragonball related. The internet will be plastered with this thing. Too many people love it too much. As for it being 5 minutes long.. I'd probably even expect that to be honest, were it not for claiming it was a concept by Toriyama. IT has to have at least a little plot, right?

Also those two little aliens in the image actually look a bit like Neko Majins, do they not?

It definitely looks like it could include characters from Neko Majin Z! Not too surprising since they are both owned by Toryama, and he has seemed to enjoy doing crossovers during the past few years.

What are the chances that Bulma is in one of her time machines? That would help explain why there is Cell Saga characters mixed with Majin Buu Saga characters. It would also help explain how potential Neko Majin characters are in the special (if it is an interdimensional time machine).
