Oh, I forgot about that one. DX

Still, those are probably the two backstories I'm most interested in hearing. Not necessarily about how Daimao won, but how he became so strong.

In Master Kuririn's universe, wasn't Goku evil?

From what I remember, it was a world where Goku/Kakarot never landed on Earth.

Evil Kakarot in his universe however, had what appeared to be some memories of him and Krillin being friends when they were kids.

That's precisely why ordinary men pursue the concept of perfection, it's infatuation. But ultimately I have to ask myself "What is the true meaning of being perfect?" and the answer I came up with was nothing. Not one thing. The truth of the matter is I despise perfection! If something is truly perfect, that's IT! The bottom line becomes there is no room for imagination! No space for intelligence or ability or improvement! Do you understand? To men of science like us, perfection is a dead end, a condition of hopelessness. Always strive to be better than anything that came before you but not perfect! Scientist's agonize over the attempt to achieve perfection! That's the kind of creatures we are! We take joy in trying to exceed our grasp, in trying to reach for something that in the end, we have to admit may in fact be unreachable!"

We don't know that 100% specifically, I guess, but...I'd say it's probably pretty safe to assume so.

Or maybe it has been said and I've forgotten, but I'm kind of thinking that universe and the 'Super Saiyan' universe (with the psychopath Kakarot) are spun off from each other. They were in a universe where Kakarot never hit his head, so thus he remained evil. In one universe, Kakarot met Kuririn and they were together for a short while (via Kakarot's flashback), but eventually Kakarot snapped completely and killed him, and then all the rest of that went down. In another universe, the 'Master Kuririn' one, perhaps the snapping still occurred, only Kuririn ended up winning that fight somehow.

Or maybe in the Kuririn universe, they never met at all, and Kakarot just never hit his head. I'm still theorizing their common shared spin-off point from the main series is that the concussion never happens.

...Or maybe this. Come to think of it, Kuririn didn't really seem to recognize Goku, just that he was a Saiyan, and he hated him just for that...hmm. There goes my theory. XD;

I pretty much stop reading DBM for now. I go back to it when they return back to the normal storyline.

Well, the Cold army attacking thing is new at least, that's nice. And I do like how easily this could be tied right into the actual events of the movie, this backstory at least.

Well, that was an unexpected turn. I doubt it but I wonder if this 'someone' that escapes is of any importance.

Yeah, I gotta wonder about that, too. Maybe Bardock in some convoluted "Revenge on Raichi" plan that somehow works up until they get to the Raichi part? lol

The escapee appears to be numbered 144 if that means anything to anyone.

I assume the escapee will be important, otherwise it would seem pretty cheap to mention it so offhandedly right now.

Then again this is Multiverse, I wouldn't be surprised if it has no relevance whatsoever, since as you will find out, these last pages have been nothing but a waste of time.

These specials, and part of main comic, remind me of DBGT, we got really awesome concept for really interesting story, but instead, we are treat with pointless filler of story, that result we all know, it`s like with Kakarott Universe, i would love to see more of his past, his interaction with Kuririn, what caused him to turn into maniac sadist, despite fact, that he looked like he enjoy living on Earth?

...Why does Hoi know what's happened to him in other universes? That's...very curious.

And I'm getting this feeling that the next line will be 'But in THIS universe, I SUCCEEDED!' followed by him in a gloriously dramatic pose of victory...that doesn't work well simply because Hoi doesn't have that kinda design. :lolno:

It be cool if we see the after life in DBM. So far Pan, Burter, Salza, Syd and Tidar are dead. I think it be interesting if the after life played apart of DBM.

Exactly. Most of these side stories are interesting in concept, but executed poorly. Perhaps they can make a poll for future side story choices, or get artists to do it side by side with dbm. The special has just bored me with filler material. I'm more interested in DBNA, even though I have some things I don't like, at least it interests me more.
Why Dragon Ball Consistency in something such as power levels matter!

Which is hilariously ironic when you consider that Salagir hates GT.

Because Multiverse logic.

He just said that he died, like we saw him die.
