I guess the files people found for 2 extra packs were true then.

Baby Vegeta should've been in the first game so hopefully he's one of them. Kefla and Toppo were the tournaments other main 2 antagonists with Jiren so chances are they'll be apart of this. We could also get #13 and Bojack's transformations. Vegeta's Blue evolution could also make it in. We'll probably get something in June's V-Jump.

Like others have said, it's great to see this game get as much support as its gotten as it's turning out to be my favorite DB game. XV3 is surely going to blow us away so I can't wait. Speaking of XV3, DLC is usually worked on by a small team so this shouldn't hurt its development, especially if its content already made for it that's just being ported to XV2.

I legit have a fear that because they added too many new characters that were made for xv3 to XV2 dlc, when xv3 comes out, there will be little to no new characters and everyone (me included) will get mad. I know it’s unrealistic but i hope they shouldn’t run out of ideas. But, once i know that dimps isn’t afraid to put Heroes characters in XV, i’ll Lose my fear because they will never run out if they use heroes.

I find it so weird that people want Kafla without Caulifla and Kale as individuals. You guys do realize that if they do that, when she gets dubbed, it's gonna be hard figuring out who voices the Caulifla side and who voices the Kale side?

Xenoverse 2 is getting new DLC characters.

I legit have a fear that because they added too many new characters that when xv3 comes out, there will be little to no new characters and everyone will get mad.

Once I know that dimps isn’t afraid to put Heroes characters in XV, i’ll Lose my fear because they will never run out if they use heroes.

If we assume we're getting 2 character packs based on what was found in the PC version and each pack will have 2-3 characters then there'll be nothing to market when it comes to the 3 anime they're working with (Z,GT & Super) as all that'll be left will be missing forms here and there for the likes of Freeza and Cell.

We got Ssj3 Bardock which is a Heroes form and with them intorducing Fu I think it's safe to say the the focus of XV3 will be on Heroes and Online's stories.

Not weird at all. Both Caulifla and Kafla are cool and unique. Nobody cares about Kale, as she is just a mere version of Broly (who is already in the game). If Caulifla makes her way to the game, then certainly Kale will too. But she is not needed/necessary, she will be in the game for the sake of being in the game.

Any more details like how many packs (I know there are leaks about two) or is the announcement just confirming the "vague" more?

Pretty hype, though! Hopefully Baby Vegeta makes it in this time.

If there are to be two packs, each with three characters, I'd like to see Baby Vegeta, Garlic Jr and Pikkon in EP3 and Toppo, Caulifla and Kale in EP4.

Throw in the transformed versions of Bojack and 13 and Rage Trunks and I might not play any DB game outside this one... Like ever.

Also, considering that Legends uses assets from XV and they already have Pikkon and Tao Pai Pai in there, I think those two have huge chances of making it in.

The Berserker SSJ Kale I can do without but Kale using her other 2 SSJ Forms should be added.

The whole mentor outfit thing, where you can get the Saiyuki outfits for Goku and Gohan, the bikinis for Videl and 18, and etc. You can only receive those if your game is fully connected online, which apparently is only possible if you have PlayStation Plus, which I do not. So basically, a big part of the last DLC thing turned out to be something I couldn't even get due to the way they had it set up, when there's absolutely no reason for it to be set up that way. I'm able to get free gifts in FighterZ without having Plus, for example.

But yeah, still excited especially in regards to new characters that might come in the DLC, but overall I'm more hesitant now than I would have been before as a result.

I think we are getting AT LEAST 2 more Extra Packs, each with 4 characters.

Taking into account logic and importance, here’s who i would have:

DLC 7

Caulifla
Kale
Toppo
Dyspo

It wouldn’t make sense to have Kafla before Caulifla and Kale but if they were all in one pack, then that would just be too many saiyans. So have it like dlc 3 and 4 where Black and Zamasu were in DLC 3 and Merged Zamasu was saved for 4.

Toppo and Dyspo are a duo so we might aswell have them together.

SSBEvolution Vegeta or Pikkon
Super Baby Vegeta

Kafla and Ribrianne round out the list of MOST MOST important T.o.P characters. SSBE Vegeta can either be a new character or a transformation which is why Pikkon has just as much a chance to take his spot so he can just be a transformation apart of a new preset for Vegeta. Super Baby Vegeta was more requested than Buuhan so it makes sense to have him.

Either way, it's an online focused game, so you can't really blame them for missing content when you don't have online.

I can, because 1) the game may have a lot of online focus but it's not entirely online, I can do literally everything else the game has to offer (save for Raids) with just my basic online connection for it; 2) there was not a word said about Plus being required prior to the release of the free update, which was pretty shitty of them; and 3) even more shitty, there's no reason for it to be locked behind Plus, when again, I got a fairly recent free thing from FighterZ that only required basic online connection, not Plus. So there's no reason for it to be required for Xenoverse either.

That and what we're getting could just be a coincidence or they've had it planned since they decided to release those 2 extra packs. Hopefully we don't have to wait long to see who we're getting and hopefully they're actual new characters and not something like what they did with #17 in the last pack.

Don't count on it coming before January 2020.
