True enough...but on the 'we saw him die' part, I meant something like, this is a Hoi from a universe that wasn't 'most' where he died without finding a way, one where he didn't find another way like in '16 and 18', and one not like '3' that we're seeing now. Basically, I thought maybe it was a primer that we were leading up to a fourth Hoi. I take it we're not though, based on your comments. ^_^;DNA wrote:Because Multiverse logic.Gyt Kaliba wrote:...Why does Hoi know what's happened to him in other universes? That's...very curious.
He just said that he died, like we saw him die.Gyt Kaliba wrote:And I'm getting this feeling that the next line will be 'But in THIS universe, I SUCCEEDED!' followed by him in a gloriously dramatic pose of victory...that doesn't work well simply because Hoi doesn't have that kinda design.

Nah, it's okay. I'm fine with being slightly spoiled there. It was just a theory anyway, and I was probably expecting too much. Again. I should really have learned by now.

With the way it cuts back to the main story here, it would have made more sense to have Tapion narrating those events somehow rather than Hoi...ah well.

I have to say, this special is making Raichi look pretty damn badass.

So maybe Tapion doesn't have the whole Hirudegarn inside of him after all? Though I'm betting he does and this is just a temporary mislead.

I really don't care if he's "out-of-character" here... I love this version of Raichi.
Re: Fanmanga - DB Multiverse
Oh look at that, it's up to Hanasia.
How the shit can you seal it away in a ghost, anyway?

Yeah, I can buy that. Without the unquenchable thirst for revenge against the Saiyans, I can imagine that he'd be collected and bad-ass.

Is there like an official ghost checklist of what godzilla-like monsters can be stored within them?Saiga wrote:Oh look at that, it's up to Hanasia.

If the "out of character" complaints from earlier were about how badass Raichi is, this is fine by me.

No, but the ghosts shouldn't have a "body" for Hildegaan to be sealed into. They're essentially revived grudges.

Do we know it's going to be sealed in her? She could just be putting it to sleep.Saiga wrote:No, but the ghosts shouldn't have a "body" for Hildegaan to be sealed into. They're essentially revived grudges.
I forget how that works, though.
Re: Fanmanga - DB Multiverse
Oh. I thought the Ocarina was only able to seal the thing?

Re: Fanmanga - DB Multiverse
From what I remember, it subdues Hirudegarn as it's main purpose so sealing might not be out of the question.Saiga wrote:Oh. I thought the Ocarina was only able to seal the thing?
Maybe Raichi will seal it into himself.

How is a creature the size of a building sealed into a body 100 times smaller than it?Saiga wrote:No, but the ghosts shouldn't have a "body" for Hildegaan to be sealed into. They're essentially revived grudges.

He's going to seal it inside Tapion... at least, eventually...
