And I'm getting this feeling that the next line will be 'But in THIS universe, I SUCCEEDED!' followed by him in a gloriously dramatic pose of victory...that doesn't work well simply because Hoi doesn't have that kinda design.

True enough...but on the 'we saw him die' part, I meant something like, this is a Hoi from a universe that wasn't 'most' where he died without finding a way, one where he didn't find another way like in '16 and 18', and one not like '3' that we're seeing now. Basically, I thought maybe it was a primer that we were leading up to a fourth Hoi. I take it we're not though, based on your comments. ^_^;

From what I remember, it subdues Hirudegarn as it's main purpose so sealing might not be out of the question.
