How many SSJs does it take to screw in a ligh.... Um I mean beat a SSJ2. I'm pretty sure the only fight where we have 2+ people fighting one person and we know what their PLs are compared to each other is the Raditz fight.
Canon is Jaco, Dragon Ball except for EoZ, Dragon Ball Super anime and manga (both are separate canons)

I think he would be even with SS3 Gotenks, since Goten & Trunks should be stronger than when they were kids because they told Goku that they would train to help Oob in the 28th TB (anime-only). Well Misty is a water Pokemon trainer, so she only has water type Pokemon.

In the anime she has more than that and Rage Shenron would destroy 6 Level 100 Pokémon. There are only a few Pokémon that are ridiculously powerful such as Mewtwo or Arceus - especially storywise. Give her Kyogre, Palkia and such and she wins.
