Maybe Jaco has taken Trunks and Goten to safety because he thought this invasion is too dangerous for kids.

Oh, I love it. Both Freeza's new form and Jaco's first animated appearance.

Freeza's colors reminding of royalty is a nice touch, and also bearing the comparison to SSJ with the gold...it's a well thought out idea. People might argue the cool factor, but conceptually, it's good by me.

If Jaco helps saved the day, he will have fully earned that Super Elite status in everyone's eyes.

It's because that scene of them in the mountainous region looked like a Budokai 1 cutscene. The only other CGI scene I can think of was the one where it's showing you the party and it starts on Capsule Corp. That's the only other CGI scene I can think of.

All CGI scenes, in Battle of Gods or in animes such as Sailor Moon Crystal, are nice and/or seemless.
The only one that was badly handled was that BOG shot of Goku getting back to his feet and stoping Beerus' punch in the wasteland, as it looks like an old, bad game.
