I've been thinking about this one a lot recently. It's noted Goku has a similar fighting style to Piccolo once Goku is trained by Kami, but Tenshinhan train with Kami later on. Also Ten trains with King Kai much longer than Piccolo did, so I think Tenshinhan has the advantage in skill. They both have a lot of attacks, but most of them are exploitable (Ten's Multiform, Piccolo's Giant Size, etc).

I think Piccolo could take Ten. In a fight like stronger attacks matter. Ten is a smart fighter like Piccolo, so I can see this being a good match-up. I think Piccolo has a little more over Ten, though.

I think it depends on which Piccolo this is too.

Because if this is Pre Frieza arc Piccolo, then he just has his own experience from himself and his Father.

If this Artificial Human Arc, then he's got his own along with Nails experience.

If this is Late Cell or Boo Arc, then you have Kami's experience too, I know Kami isn't too big on fighting but he's a big thinker and would give him an intelligence advantage.

Personally, if it's the second two then I feel Piccolo/The Namek would take this due to having more experience and an edge overall in more skill and knowledge. I feel if it's the first one, then I think it would be more of a Piccolo Vs. Goku at the Budokai (I can't remember which it was again... someone please remind me) kind of fight, being a very close fight, coming down to one last minute move IMO.

Wouldn't the destructive power of the Kikoho be devastating to Piccolo if Tienshinhan used it? It's understandable that the upgraded version could only hold Semi-perfect Cell back. With the stark difference in Tienshinhan and Cell's battle powers it is understandable. Equal Tienshinhan and Piccolo would mean a Kikoho nuke to Piccolo's face.

Are we assuming Piccolo knows of the Kikoho now? Because I don't believe Piccolo has any knowledge of the technique. Goku was also warned to dodge it before he used it so Goku had a heads up he was going to use that attack. Had Goku not been warned prior to the attack I don't think he would have been able to dodge it.

Goten vs Ledgic
This would certainly have a different and better outcome than when Trunks attempted to battle Ledgic back in the black star saga. My backup being how easily Baby made a fool out of Trunks in his infant form but got owned by Goten in his more powerful teenage form before infecting him. Since Base/Ssj Goku and Ledgic had a seemingly balanced battle I think Goten would definitely be able to go toe to toe with him and get a well deserved win out of it.

I think that would defeat the purpose of them being on equal terms. If we were to assume he learnt Kaioken, or a variant, then it is going to be Tienshinhan's win because he'll only need to double or triple his battle power for a moment to deal the final blow.

Majin buu: Decimation
Super Buu: Not a challenge
Buutenks: Close battle, could go either way, but Goku has an edge.
Buuhan: There would be a fight, but Goku wouldn't be able to pull through.

If he's fighting one right after another.

Majin Buu: Decimation
Super Buu: Not a challenge.
Buutenks: Barely pulls through.
Buuhan: Goku gets destroyed.
