What if Gohan and Goku didn't break the Z sword?

He doesn't get his potential unlocked, Super/Ultimate/Mystic Gohan never happens, and when he returns to Earth, Super Boo easily defeats him and absorbs him. Then he goes after Goten, Trunks and Piccolo absorbs them too. Cue Goku and Vegeta with Vegetto becoming a thing and the story plays out like it originally does. Honestly, not much would change. Ultimate Gohan was quite a non-factor in the story.

How do vegetto happens without potara knowledge?

I'm pretty sure Kaioshin would have suddenly remembered that was a thing.

I have him approaching SS3 Goku with a x50 increase so at best, he could beat Fat Boo with moderate to high difficulty but Super Boo is far beyond him.

Only SSJ3 Goku level with a 50x boost? Piccolo isn't that outclassed by SSJs, he should be at least SSJ3 Gotenks level, maybe even Ultimate Gohan.

Kamiccolo in his "Base" pre-ROSAT would be about 500 million, by increasing it by fifty, he'd end up at 25 billion

SS3 Gotenks, Super Boo and Ultimate Gohan are well into the 200-300 billion range for me, making them all vastly superior to this hypothetical Piccolo and SS3 Goku.
