Considering the main DBM website has Gogeta and Vegetto fist bumping I'm going to assume Goku and Vegeta will fuse. I'm actually expecting Gogetto at some point. Especially after this Potara stuff which sounds like a clear cut Chekhov's Gun to me.

The thought of Gogetto.....Jesus, that guy could probably fart and annihilate half a dimension.

All joking aside, I wouldn't doubt Gogeta will show up in some form. How else are our universe's Goku and Vegeta going to be able to keep up with the likes of Zenbuu?

I can imagine that Ginyu just died and Buu just did what he do best so far, spread chaos , he knew about Ginyu from Goku or Vegeta memories. So XXI is that dangerous foe Elde Kai talked about in Buu Saga.

So I'm guessing it's about what happened when Babidi and crew showed up at last in Trunks' future time? Interesting...I agree that while it'll be fun to see maybe, I don't know how it's going to have a lot to do with the comic itself...but I guess we'll just wait and see. And I'm kinda happy to see the min-comics make a return, we haven't had one of those in forever. That said though, not sure how to feel about us getting different artists throughout the main comics run as well, was sort of hoping they'd stick with just one person there after Gogeta Jr.'s departure.

Why not? Goku and Vegeta are stronger than they were in the Boo arc so when/if they fuse it'll result in a stronger Gogeta from the one scene in Movie 12.

On top of that its stated that in the U16 special, Vegetto hasn't had any really challenges in his universe, any type of demon or god that came his way he dealt with fairly casually.

Any type of training he did do was mostly trying to bring Bra up to speed, not saying he hasn't improved at all but yea, I think a fight between him and Gogeta would be fairly even.

What, you expect Vegetto not to train hard? He is part Vegeta and part Goku, both of which strive to be the strongest. Gogeta is no match for Vegetto whatsoever.

Normally I would say hell yea he would train like beast, but the way U16 is written is seems as though Vegetto has become bored of being the absolute best. He probably can't wait for the day that his daughter surpasses him similar to Goku and Gohan. Remember he thanked Broly for actually giving him a challenge, something he hardly ever gets, he also said that no one has ever seen him at SSJ3 meaning that none of those Gods or whatever that appeared post Boo in his universe were more than likely no match for him at SSJ1 or 2.

So yea I believe he does train but not to the degree of Goku and Vegeta separately.

not sure how to feel about us getting different artists throughout the main comics run as well, was sort of hoping they'd stick with just one person there after Gogeta Jr.'s departure.

I think that Salagir and the other members of the french staff would also be happier if they had just one artist for the main plot. The problem is finding such a person. With several artists it would be easier and DBM is not likely to get delays this way.

And don't forget that Vegeta has been hinting at some SSJ3 alternative in the novelization for a while now. Presumably it doesn't have the energy drain problems that SSJ3 does, so it wouldn't decrease the fusion time so drastically. If Gogeta is not stronger than SSJ3 Vegetto in this form, he could probably still win because his will form will last longer.

True, I didn't think about it that way, that it could be easier said than done finding one artist to do it. And for all I know, that could be the eventual plan, they just want to cycle through a few candidates on both specials and main story, to see the reception each artist gets too.

They work as long as one Kaioshin is part of the process. They are designed to allow Kaioshins to gain abilities by fusing with other beings (other kaioshins or not). And that theory is fine. Its only the part of the "kaioshin's essences" splitting Vegetto that I have problems with.

They work as long as one Kaioshin is part of the process. They are designed to allow Kaioshins to gain abilities by fusing with other beings (other kaioshins or not). And that theory is fine. Its only the part of the "kaioshin's essences" splitting Vegetto that I have problems with.

The whole theory is fine expect for the Old kai changed the earrings and the Vegito being split.

I can imagine after he was imprisoned, the rules about fusion were changed by future Kaioshins.
