Kaboom starts going on a murderous rampage because people refuse to edit out enormous, page-stretching images when they quote other people?Scarz wrote:I could only guess what will happens next.

After months of procrastination and hours of work I have finally finished my first avatar! It's my first Photo shop project ever, so it's nothing great, but I do plan on making a few more similar avatars and eventually pick one to use for the rest of eternity.
Original Size:
80x80:
It all started with renting the official Rambo "Ultimate Edition" DVD from Netflix, from which I took a total of 253 snapshots. After spending a couple of hours sorting through them I narrowed it down to about 10, which I cropped down to a 1x1 ratio. Then I searched the internet for the perfect picture of SSj Goku (which I ended up finding on Google images). Then I spent hours and hours figuring out how to add the hair from Goku to Rambo's head and insert borders, contrasting colors, text, drop shadows and everything else that you see.
I'd love to hear all of your thoughts and opinions, and hopefully I'll finish a few more soon and be able to pick one to use permanently.
*Note: If anyone wants me to send them the 253 snapshots that I took and have their own attempt at creating a SSj Rambo picture I would love to see it, so just ask and I'll upload the screenshots.

I had a feeling that you'd make something like this sooner or later.SSj_Rambo wrote:Thank you!Forgotten Hero wrote:lol, that is cool.
I just made a quick adjustment to the lighting and repositioned the watermaerk.

Ya, me too, but I decided to brighten it even more, and see how it looks with yellow text and no drop-shadow on the text.Forgotten Hero wrote:I'm glad you added the lighting Rambo. I have an easier time reading your name name now.
Please tell me which one looks better, I can't decide.

The second. Not only is the background a little brighter, but you can actually seee the text!
For all the flack that FUNimation gets on this forum for their quote about DBZ, there's some modicum of truth to it: a 9-year-old is born every day. Or in some cases, "reborn". DBZ may be a kids' show, but it's been so close to so many hearts all over Japan, America, and quite possibly, even the world.
That's pretty well drawn and a good idea; but it's a little strange to see Dragonball (a japanese manga) associated with an American military recruitment slogan that was developed right around the time we were at war with Japan. But then again Toryama himself has combined Dragonball with WWII material!AnzuMazaki wrote:I did yet another new picture, inspired by some military pics of Dragonball.

Whoo, remember the South Park styled characters, well I made another one:

I made this one today, SSJ4 Vegeta.

Whoo, can't forget SSJ4 Goku.

Whoo, my fan-character Furanki in SSJ4, yep I gave him green fur.
I'm gonna try, SSJ4 Gogeta, Yi Xing Long (Omega Shenron), and Perfect Cell.
I could start a DBGT series (without plot holes, etc.) and make it South Park style, that would be interesting how that would turn out.
