I definitely get the vibe that they're trying to make Vegito Xeno SS4 the next big thing for the Xenos, plus, it would allow a Vegito/Gogeta match by proxy.

Well we know Xeno G4 is going to come back based on a promotional game trailer. This is all sorta forced tension for the time being since we know they still have ways to increase their battle strength but haven't done so out of PIS.

Trunks (“Super” version; the arcade game’s current main menu narrator) laments that Mechickaboola has been completely revived. Somehow they’ll have to break the Kaioshin of Time free of her mind control! The player character sets forth into the world of Dragon Ball GT—evidently around the time of the battle against the Evil Dragons.

The Time Patrol head toward the battlefield where both Mechickaboola’s Demon Gods and Demigra and his assistant Robel are waiting. Robel tells them to get out of their way; they’re engaging in a strategic retreat. Towa is furious that Demigra and Robel have gotten away, but Mechickaboola says it’s fine; they can take over this world at their leisure.

Away from the action, Robel proposes a temporary alliance to the Time Patrol. Trunks: Xeno angrily states that Robel and Demigra can’t be trusted so easily, but Gohan: Xeno comments that it’s true they can’t defeat Mechickaboola alone. He proposes agreeing to the truce.

Demigra lays out a plan--first, they’ll use the Dragon Balls to undo the Kaioshin of Time’s mind control. The Time Patrol is set upon by mind-controlled versions of their GT counterparts, but manage to defeat them. With no time to spare, Goku: Xeno and Vegeta: Xeno fuse into Gogeta: Xeno (Super Saiyan) and attack the Demon Gods and Yi Xing Long.

Trunks: Xeno is relieved, as it looks like Gogeta has defeated Yi Xing Long, but Towa uses some of the power granted to her by Mechickaboola to revive the evil dragon. After some further fighting, Towa promises to make things more interesting, and calls in Fin.

(Apropos of nothing, I’ll just note here that Towa does think the Pure boo-resembling Fin is “cute,” in a childlike way.)

Gogeta (GT) arrives confronts the Time Patrol. If they’re here to get in the way, he won’t let them off easy. Trunks: Xeno assures him they’re his allies. “Let’s defeat Yi Xing Long together!”

After the battle, Vegeta: Xeno and Goku: Xeno note that while Fin doesn’t seem to possess much intellect, his power is terrifyingly strong. In addition, something about him makes Goku: Xeno’s skin crawl.

Before anyone has a chance to react, Fin absorbs Gogeta. Now powered up into a form that visually recalls Gogeta’s wild red hair and fusion jacket, Fin (referred to as “Dark Gogeta”—暗黒ゴジータ—by the game’s text boxes) proclaims himself the ultimate warrior and promises to crush the Time Patrol.

The Time Patrol (and the player character’s team) begin their fight against Dark Gogeta/Fin. (Side note: Dark Gogeta's special attack in-game deals a fixed 99,999 damage, meaning instant defeat unless the game triggers its random revival chance.)

Though the team survives the initial fight, Fin has grown remarkably strong by absorbing Gogeta. Robel suggests that they increase their power too. Of course that should be no problem for her. Goku: Xeno asks if she has some sort of plan.

Hearts arrives in Universe 11, announcing his intent to steal lots of energy and ferret out Jiren, said to be the strongest warrior in all the universes.

Trunks—who has also arrived in Universe 11—swears not to let Hearts do as he pleases. Hearts, though claiming to be flattered by their coming to welcome him, says he doesn’t have time for them now.

Hearts vanishes, and Trunks and the others give chase.

Meanwhile, Toppo and Dyspo face off against Cumber, already in his Super Saiyan 3 form. Toppo says he can sense unprecedented power from Cumber. Dyspo, however, remains confident in his speed, the fastest in all the universes.

After a battle, Dyspo is shocked to find their powers aren’t enough. Zamasu arrives and says he’ll deal with them.

Seeing that one of Cumber’s allies has arrived, Toppo realizes there’s nothing to do do but to use that power. Assuming the God of Destruction form seen in the anime version of the Tournament of Power, he asserts that interrupting the peace of his universe is unforgivable. “Prepare yourself!”

After many battles, including ones against Zamasu, Cumber, Kamin and Oren, and an Oren-possessed Vegeta (during which Goku arrives in the Great Priest’s uniform just as he does in the anime), Jiren stands as Universe 11’s last defense, daring the invaders to all come at him at once.

Cumber is delighted that Jiren appears to be stronger than anyone they’ve faced up till now. Cumber then gets so excited he blows off his own shirt. (Really; it’s part of the dialogue cutscene.)

After a skirmish between Jiren (and the player’s team) and all three of Cumber, Zamasu and Hearts, Hearts claims that Jiren does indeed seem to be a menace with fitting power for one hailed as the multiverse’s strongest. He’s soon interrupted by a message, however.

Kamin is reporting in from Universe 3. The “Universal Release Device” (alt. “Universal Emancipation Device”) has been completed. With the level of technology available in Universe 3, it was easy. Hearts takes his leave of the battle, and he and the Core Area warriors collectively head to Universe 3.

Vegeta vows to follow them. Everyone’s going to Universe 3.

Do you have summaries for the prison planet arc? I would very much love to see that as I'm unaware how events go in the game for that.

Easy, GT SSJ4 is several orders of magnitude stronger than his components. And extrapolating from that, it means that SSJ4 Gogeta Xeno and SSJ4 Vegito Xeno are absurdly strong.

Some are, like Goten and Trunks, and possibly Gohan. Unless you get really pedantic about the implications from a handful (or less) of dialogue scenes though, I don't know that there's a whole lot pointing toward Goku and Vegeta being all that much stronger.

At any rate, Fin himself is already giving them trouble before the absorption, thanks to Mechickaboola's magic.

The bold is just power levels talk with no real basis in dialogue and in-universe facts/statements. Don't make the same mistake as many fans commonly do and think that the writing comes with these absurd numbers in mind.

We assume XVegeta has become stronger than GT Vegeta due to being able to fight Xeno San Xing Long alone and push him back (though this is kinda shaky given a blind-sided GT Goku humiliated San Xing Long who was no match for him in the first place). We assume XGoku has become stronger than GT Goku since he could fight Xeno Si Xing Long alone, however that battle was halted due to San Xing Long's interference (callback to GT). We know the Time Patrol defeated the Xeno Shadow Dragons - not 1v1 matches, but as an entire team. We assume Gohan and Goten have become stronger as well since SSJ3 Gohanks proceeds to defeat a powered-up Xeno Si Xing Long. The Xeno Shadow Dragons are stronger than their normal counterparts, however by how much is unclear.

I've been thinking of compiling the summaries/translations starting from UM3 up to now. SDBH1-8, as well as UM1-2 will apparently be included in SDBH: World Mission so I don't think there's any need for me to cover that since they're going to be accessible to the Western audience anyways. I might start on that in a couple of weeks once my schedule's a little more free.

Idk if Cipher is still working on that comprehensive DBH Kanzenshuu Wiki but hopefully this effort will complement it. I was recently told by a friend that he got his SDBH-related info from the DB Fandom Wiki, so a huge part of it is I'm really tired of seeing Heroes info/stuff that is likely taken from this thread (since there are often no sources) where they heavily distort the context surrounding events. It's so shitty it kinda pisses me off tbh.

Since the start of the current Descent of the Demon Gods arc, Goten:Xeno got Ultimate, so we know he's much stronger than his GT self.
I think that makes him the only character we know for sure is stronger than his GT counterpart

THIS, as someone who has been following the game since it’s release and has some basic understanding of Japanese it really pisses me off how much misinformation still surrounds This game/franchise. One of the main reasons is because of the “larger” dragon ball youtubers who constantly spread misinformation(mostlikely not on purpose ). But many compare the game to XV just because DBH focuses on the time patrol, and they usually apply feats from XV franchise to heroes when that’s just not true, example in xv1 story demigra threatens to destroy all timelines and create his own timeline, in heroes(atleast the arcade game continuity) demigra never threatens to destroy all of time, never says he can create his own timeline, never destroys a timeline, and at most he just altered time. So XV demigra > DBH(arcade contuity) demigra
