It surprises how everyone is confused over Beers saying Goku is weaker than Freeza. Well duh! Goku constantly masks his power Beers was sensing his masked PL. If Gohan can beat Freeza with one punch in base form in Fusion Reborn than Goku can own Freeza in base form. Remember GT?

Anyway I can see how BoG didn't reach its goal the movie sounds boring. Now if I saw SSG Goku in action I'd be stoked but Goku doesn't do anything fancy, no new Kamehameha, no Dragon Fist or Spirit Bomb, no Gogeta nothing. Just Goku and Beers punching each other. I still wanna see it thou.
BoG having a international audience would help to get people in the seats but countless US complain about this movie. One internet person said Return of Cooler's fighting scenes was better than BoG's fighting scenes even thou he'd never seen BoG! I think DB needs to pull a Godzilla and go away for a while than comeback with a strong special.

Beer's is a God and a master of ki manipulation, who himself masks his own power. I think he could tell that Goku was suppressing and could estimate his true power. Also, Fusion Reborn = movie not in manga continuity + Freeza hardly looked powered up. GT also not necessarily in the same continuity.

Personally I would hate another Spirit Bomb victory, (new kamehameha? what? God Kamehameha or something...?) and Dragon Fist would be completely random for Goku to use when he never used it in the regular manga continuity. I thought the ending was fine and is great that Goku lost for once.

Both Dragon Ball Heroes and Zenkai Battle Royale showed SSGodku using a new Kamehameha called "Kamehameha Rebirth" which looked pretty kicking. That should've been in the movie.

I always saw Kid Goku's Penetrate Fist as a precursor to the Dragon Fist but anyway. I'm fine (and shocked) that Son-Kun lost but no new God abilities? Rebirth Kamehameha should've been the movie at the least.

Beers can't have sense very well in my opinion cuz Goku with SS3 power not stronger than any more Freeza is ridiculous. Its a typical throw away line, the villain underestimates the hero, the hero showes his real strength, typical stuff.

He said base Goku couldn't even beat Freeza, and knew about the SSJ transformations, I don't see where you're getting with this.

Base Goku < Freeza. Never once is it mentioned SSJ3 Goku < Freeza, idk where you get that notion.

As he is... As base Goku, he is weaker than Freeza. As SSJ, he is stronger. It's stated, what more do you want?

Exactly lol, I don't see where GTx10 is trying to go with this, he keeps bringing up SSJ3 or SSJ or a powered up version of Goku or something, but Beers said Goku as he is, aka base Goku.

That was when I was first posting about the attack and was going off of Google's superb translation abilities. Our favorite website's staff have since properly translated the technique; so something akin to "Limit Breaking" or "Breaking through the limit".

I imagine Kuririn and him tried to do something in the unused storyboard but maybe not. I still hope we get to see it in some form. But yeah, he doesn't really do anything but watch the fight. It isn't all bad since there was still that epilogue Toriyama made for him on the spot.

What's wrong with that idea? It just means he's gotten less than 50 times powerful in his base form since Namek.
