I found Goku, Gohan, and #18 in the first, and Vegeta in the second. 8)

Also found Goku, Gohan, and Vegeta pretty easily. 18 was the hardest for me.
Why Dragon Ball Consistency in something such as power levels matter!

The hair is long like the Super Saiyan 3 stage but the hair reverts to black. Sadly, they automatically grow scouters, but full view, covering the users face. The user automatically have Saiyan armor. They have red fur like the Super Saiyan 4, just more of a red, not maroon. Again, the user grows a tail. And they a lot have a red cape with a gold back, all of the user's have red and golden armor. The gloves are a red looking mattle, with gold stripes on them. The boots are an orange-gold looking color.

Found Cyborg 18 in the first image and Goku. Haha, that's pretty neat!
My favourite art style (and animation) outside Toriyama who worked on Dragon Ball: Katsuyoshi Nakatsuru, Masaki Satō, Minoru Maeda, Takeo Ide, Hisashi Eguchi, Katsumi Aoshima, Tomekichi Takeuchi, Masahiro Shimanuki, Kazuya Hisada
