if ep 33 is about botammo vs goku
and 34 is picolo vs frost
then there is no space space for something else happening
i am confused
Or Goku can tag out. Or they don't fight until they lose (unlike the manga). We don't know at this point. Just wait and see.derpgoku wrote:So iether frost one shots goku or goku ties

I would like that to happen, however that would be too fast for goku to fight two people in one episode.LightBing wrote:It's more likely Goku loses against Frost, weakening him. Piccolo then has a chance, which by the title of the episode is a last hope Makankosappo.
They have the habit of giving the episode title to something that happens in the last minute. So Goku might have 2.5 episode to work. It does seem fast. What was the average episode per fight in the Tenkaichi's Budokai? Anyone has any recollection?Sodhi wrote:I would like that to happen, however that would be too fast for goku to fight two people in one episode.LightBing wrote:It's more likely Goku loses against Frost, weakening him. 1 episode atleast, unless it's a weakling.LightBing wrote: They have the habit of giving the episode title to something that happens in the last minute. So Goku might have 2.5 episode to work. Piccolo is at least as strong as Imperfect Cell who is way stronger than planet Namek Freezapacz360 wrote:GodVegetto91 wrote: Yay piccolo is gonna get his ass beat how exciting.
James Teal (Animerica 1996) wrote:When you think about it, there are a number of similarities between the Chinese-inspired Son Goku and that most American of superhero icons, Superman. Both are aliens sent to Earth shortly after birth to escape the destruction of their homeworlds; both possess super-strength, flight, super-speed, heightened senses and the ability to cast energy blasts. But the crucial difference between them lies not only in how they view the world, but in how the world views them.
Superman is, and always has been, a symbol for truth, justice, and upstanding moral fortitude–a role model and leader as much as a fighter. The more down-to-earth Goku has no illusions about being responsible for maintaining social order, or for setting some kind of moral example for the entire world. Goku is simply a martial artist who’s devoted his life toward perfecting his fighting skills and other abilities. Though never shy about risking his life to save either one person or the entire world, he just doesn’t believe that the balance of the world rests in any way on his shoulders, and he has no need to shape any part of it in his image. Goku is an idealist, and believes that there is some good in everyone, but he is unconcerned with the big picture of the world…unless it has to do with some kind of fight. Politics, society, law and order don’t have much bearing on his life, but he’s a man who knows right from wrong.

Assuming the tournament will actually finish, that sounds very plausible, as it gives Frost, Cabba, Hit and Monaka perfect conditions (and time) to show whatever skills they're hiding. Botamo and Magetta doesn't sound as important, judging by their bios.DBZGTKOSDH wrote:My guess is that Goku vs Botamo will be a tie, and Piccolo will have the upper hand against Frost until he transforms.
This is how I predict the tournament:
Goku vs Botamo
Piccolo vs Frost
Vegeta vs Frost
Vegeta vs Magetta
Vegeta vs Cabba
Monaka vs Cabba
Monaka vs Hit
Yes, I think Beerus' team will lose.
