How could not? This is the second time in a row that this happens... Mr. Satan not remembering Dende even after all that time they spend together by the end of Boo Saga and now Bulma with the Pilaf Gang.

The extended version of Battle of Gods shows that Mr. Satan is pretty heavily intoxicated, so it wouldn't be too surprising that he forgot who Dende really was. Besides, they were together a fair amount, but it's not like they became close or anything. And as has been stated before, the Pilaf gang is de-aged, so it's not impossible that nobody recognizes them.

IMO you guys are thinking this Vegeta situation way too hard. In no way Goku looks scared at him in the trailer, he just looks like he was beat down. Also, the "You're done" line didn't had a clear target; he doesn't say it, it's just a sound bite from another part of the movie. The only thing that we know is that Frieza offers Vegeta a job in his army, but for all we know, that could just be the classic "boss villain offers a underling role to hero before they fight" thing.

And I bet Shenron disappears after the Sorbet wish, for an even bigger plothole. That's just the kind of thing that happens in Dragon Ball.

My question is if Fukkatsu no "F" is considered canon such as Baby Pan's first appearance, this will blow Dragon Ball GT off existence like Freeza's appearance as told above.

I would prefer more to include BoG and FnF with the other past 13 movies that are no canon.

If I could choose GT would be canon and these new movies don't

But Bulma not remebering is acceptable since many years has passed without seeing or hearing each other, the same goes for Jaco, Bulma was 5 or 6 by the time she first met him.

I just pointed that out because, as I said, even though it can be explained by "not remember", it is indeed a waste of characters having a cool dialogue.
But Mark asking if Dende is really the Kami is a plothole.

The movie trailer is purposely trying to mislead us into thinking that Vegeta will take the offer. It's obvious he won't, you don't even have to know the character well enough to tell that, the last chapter of the manga answers that question alone.

Yeah, the extended cut brings that issue up, with Mr. Satan pointing out he's had too much to drink, which was why he didn't remember.

As for canon, you really can't dictate what Toriyama will do or the franchise will go, but people have done headcanon for years. Sometimes to the point of arguing against later stuff because it goes against what they had as being fact in their minds.

But yeah, canon or not, you can enjoy whatever series/movie/etc you want. They can't take that away from you.

That trailer was incredible. My hype is through the roof, now. Much better than any of the BoG trailers. My heart got pumping when "F" starting playing, but that Momoiro Clover Z song...it's sooo terribly out of place. It's very interesting how Trunks and Goten are absent, though. Along with Buu and Yamcha. But, personally, Jaco makes up for all that.

Agree with you on everything here. I think the main reason the trailer is better compared to the BoG one's is because of Freeza alone, if it had been a new villain then it would be like BoG, I'd be excited but as much as I am right now, which is why I wasn't opposed to having Freeza be bought instead of a new villain, because we know Freeza and what he is like, I mean we were recently introduced to Beerus and Whis and we still don't know much about them moreso Whis and so having Freeza bought back will fill in some of those blanks whithout simultaneously getting used to/knowing a new villain.

You sure about that? If Golden Freeza is so far beyond either of their powers, and Vegeta's family is at risk, you don't think he'll turn on Goku? I don't know about that. I think there's a good reason why we haven't seen Trunks in any of these trailers yet. Freeza isn't going to forget who killed him.

Dragon Ball is historically fairly straight forward: if a villain is stronger, the heroes join forces until they find a way to beat the enemy. It's been like that forever, I don't think it will deviate into something more complex now of all times.

Also, I'm one of the people that think End Of Z was simply not in Toriyama's mind when he made these two movies.

I don't know what came out after, but either Movie 14 and Jaco were the last good things which came from Toriyama. Maybe Movie 15 will also be good, but the same can't be said about Freeza's new form.
