If something is "nigh-omnipotent," then that means, by definition, it can't be omnipotent. It is "almost" omnipotent. Because that is what "nigh" means.

None of which has anything to do with what I said. I'm not informed on DC as a whole, so I cannot speak as to that particular character. You just don't seem to know what words mean. You cite wikis, which are not valid sources for anything (including a wiki which, to my understanding, you made yourself), ignore actual definitions of words, and are using fanmade categories for things and expecting everybody else to abide by them.

This attitude has gotten you banned from at least two sites/forums that I know of, and you typically make the same show of embarrassing yourself there that you've done here. What is even going on here...

I will say one thing, I may not be as much of an expert in DC, but discussing the cosmic Marvel high-tiers (assuming you want to try to make sense of it and not just chalk it all up to decades of writer inconsistency) requires nuance. You can't just casually throw around terms like "omnipotent" (for example Marvel's Odin is called omnipotent quite often and while he is very powerful he clearly has his limits).
