1) What if Super Perfect Cell wasn't entirely destroyed by the spirit of Goku, Vegeta, and Teen Gohan during the conclusion of the Cell Games and had regenerated from the subcellular-level before using Instant Transmission to appear before Majin Vegeta? When the Evil Saiyan Prince was just about to provoke Goku by killing people at the World Tournament?

Vegeta would be overwhelmed by Cell's power and he would be forced to team up with Goku to win, this will probably humiliate him and make him give up on fighting Goku.

1) Then what if during the fight, Legendary Super Saiyan Broly from Dragon Ball Z: Broly - Second Coming came crashing down to join in?

Things would become even more chaotic, Goku and Vegeta would have to split up and deal with Cell and Broly individually. Goku, being stronger than Vegeta would be able to hold Cell off while Vegeta deals with Broly. Broly would be weaker than Vegeta, I have him at 9 billion compared to Majin Vegeta's 10 billion, so Vegeta would beat him and then team up with Goku to beat Cell. However Vegeta may get frustrated and do something stupid and get himself injured/killed.

However, due to using Super Saiyan 3 and wasting so much enegry, Goku would have already used up his time on earth and would have to go back to the afterlife without teaching the kids fusion.

2) Vegetto would lose a lot of power from being split apart, but once they remove the people Buu absorbed and turn him into Kid Buu he would team up with Goku to fight Buu and they would be able to defeat him without having to resort to the Spirit Bomb.

1) Good, God. Something even more overpowered than Zeno. Well, all of existence is finished.

2) Vegeta would have been really, really jealous. He would have been traveling between Universe 6 and Universe 7 very frequently while coaching the Universe 6 Team. Beerus would be laughing his butt off, Whis would have been trying to get along with his new brother, and both Champa and Puar would have become as close as friends could get.

3) Only Super Saiyan 3 Goku would be able to stop their combined might.

4) If they play around like they usually do, then SSJ Goku and SSJ Future Trunks will kill them.

5) Then, Future Android 17 and Future Android 18 would have been beaten much sooner.

1) Not much would change, Gohan would go SSJ2 and kill both of them at the Cell Games.

2) That depends. If Gohan doesn't take Cell's blast for Vegeta and lets him die, then Gohan would be able to win as he still has both arms available. He would instantly kill Cell's hybrid Jr. and the defeat Cell. However if Gohan decides to sacrifice his arm for Vegeta, he won't have the strength to win against the two.

1) Zeno easily solos. It would be multiversal level, though.

2) Everyone would be shocked, Yamcha and Vados' child would be pretty tough.

3) SSJ3 Goku would kill them both.

4) Goku arrives and Trunks performs the dance with him, then Trunku easily beats Friezold.

5) Future Androids would lose, Trunks has no reason to come back to the past.

If Monaka had actually lived up to his hype (which I really wish he did), he would have had a decent fight with Hit and then he would have massacred him. U7 wins and everything is normal except that Goku actually sees Monaka's power and is even more excited to fight him. There are no shenanigans afterwards later and instead of Goku vs Beerus sparring, it's Goku vs Monaka sparring. He would also probably have a greater impact on the story unless he is uninterested in joining the Z-Fighters which is probably the case.

5) What if future Goku never get the heart virus?

Two ideas on what could happen.

1 - Goku dies from #17 and #18 and everything goes out normally.

2 - Goku barely survives and only a few Z fights live. So maybe have Goku, Gohan, Kuririn and Piccolo live while Yamucha, Tenshinhan, Chaozu and Vegeta are killed off. Goku know that they can't win, so they train in the Room of Spirit and Time for a day. I would imagine they would put up a better fight, but still lose. Bluma would do some research and found a way to create a bomb to blow up #17 an #18. #17 and #18 would probably be destroyed and Cell would not show up until many years later.

We don't know if Babidi and Dabra would show up later or not seeing that the Cell games would probably would not happen. If they do show up seven years later, Goku and the others would probably lose to Dabra unless Goku pulls off a Genki Dama. If they do win, Beerus would go to Earth and find out about Goku. It's still possible that Goten would be born, but I'm not sure if Gohan would ever met Videl. If Goku can't go SSjG, the Earth is gone for good.
