I got it on an Ultimate Finish after scanning Freeza with the scouter to make sure he had the skill equipped.
Matter of fact, I've been getting a lot of skills after scanning the character or letting them actually use the attack.

That actually makes a lot of sense! So does that mean the AI has different sets of moves each time you load up a PQ?

Which I pray is rectified because that move is so much fun to use.

That's my favorite move from Goku. If I could get that move, I'd redistribute my points to focus on Strike Supers just so I could play with all the combos that I could make with Super God Fist.

I'm considering farming for Rock Scissors Paper. But is it actually worth it? I've tried it with Goku (GT), and it seems kinda useless considering the speed, but I'm assuming it has some sort of actual upside or use.

No, but their moves can change when they transform and stuff via the !!!!!! and WARNINGS. In that PQ for example, only Final form Freeza has Death Meteor. So occasionally I scan the characters to get an idea of how the move is obtained. Like for the Fighting Pose moves, I scan to see which Ginyu member I need to attack. For other moves, I see if the character or form I'm fighting has the move. If one of them has the skill I'm looking for, then I typically play and wait for the skill drop message. If I don't get it, then I restart.
If none of the characters have the skill, then it's probably a random drop at the end of the quest and I just have to suffer through the whole playthrough to find out if I got it or not.

Agreed, and seeing that look on your opponent's face when his fist plows their face is so hilarious to boot.

It's RNG. Even if you do everything right, it's still an RNG drop. Meaning you need to farm the skill, just like so many others.
I usually just beat the person and earn their skill, easy peasy. But this skill I'm having a hard time getting... And it's the last ultimate I need.
I got it in an ultimate finish but I dont think its required. Just beat all the Frieza forms. It won't say you got skill! though, it will just be in your end game items/skills at the end of the mission.

I kinda think everyone needs to start properly reading threads before posting. The advice really served no purpose for him, as Gogeta was the post right above yours saying that he finally got it... xD

I just beat the ever loving shit out of Freeza until he dropped it. Didn't need the ultimate finish.

So today's the day for DLC pack 2 right? Just checked the store and it's not up just yet, though I didn't really expect it to be up so early anyway.
I just really hope we don't have the same issue we had with Pack 1 on the PS3...

Just got it on Steam when I got home from work tonight.
Serves you right for getting the compatibility patch before us.

So in case anyone wants to know.
If you equip the Z-Soul "Getting beat up makes me cranky"
Super Saiyan/Vegeta 2 will run out at the same pace as Super Saiyan/Vegeta 1

Bah, bah humbug to you sir!
In the meantime, I'm trying to do the Ultimate Finishes for all the Quests I hadn't done so with before, and I seem to recall there being some issues with the 16th one, 'Super Saiyan Legend'. Where you apparently have to 'befriend Vegeta' for a while before fighting him as a Super Saiyan. Exactly how does one go about this befriending?

Whoa, that sounds pretty useful. Who's Z-Soul is that and where do you get it?

It's Future Android 17's. I don't remember where to get it. BTW, you know that thing where we predicted that Eis freeze ability would be spammed? 100 % right.
Edit: P.S. The Z-Soul also auto charges your ki.
