:(... that is all I have to say.
For all the flack that FUNimation gets on this forum for their quote about DBZ, there's some modicum of truth to it: a 9-year-old is born every day. Or in some cases, "reborn". DBZ may be a kids' show, but it's been so close to so many hearts all over Japan, America, and quite possibly, even the world.
Well, that's that. Bah, I might just get the Fat Packs to get the English Dub.
They are still widely available right?

Alright, thanks for the info.
I kind of regret selling my Dragon Ball set, now. I had it all, even the the Madman first season. Oh well, live and learn.

Now I'm a step closer to suicide...mind you I still have over 5389 miles from it still. Just saying this sucks.

Me wanted some Dragon Ball *sigh* Oh well, at least I've got almost all of the manga. 4 Volumes left!

No way! I would never do something that ridiculous.
That was last year, it was around the time I started buying the Dragon Boxes. Incidentally, the money I made from the Dragon Ball set paid for the Dragon Box equivalent!

I'm sure it'll still happen eventually. Patience is a virtue. That still won't stop me from snatching up any DB singles I happen to come across, though.

As long as the final Red Ribbon & Baba stuff aren't packaged together with a heap of other stuff I've already got, I'll be content.

Fuck you Walmart!

Fuck you FUNi!

I hope that bastard at Walmart looses his job after this shit he just pulled! I had a feeling it was too good to be true...

I guess it's time to import the Madman sets... Anyone know of a good site that ships to the U.S that isn't Ebay?

Talk of suicide, murder and hoping someone loses their job over what was probably an honest mistake. No wonder people think we're a bunch of tools :P

How can a full-fledged description that only someone that actually knows about the series could manifest be just an "honest mistake"?

I hope he/she looses their job, gets sued by FUNi, and if a he, has his dick chopped off and shoved into places not to be mentioned.

Things like this tick me off in the worst way. Why would someone do this? It makes no sense when there's the risk of losing their job. Fuck society!

If it helps, my suicide reference was quite the hyperbole, as you would see. I just want to know HOW this kind of listing gets put up in the first place? I mean, was all this just making stuff up i.e. running time, languages, product name, etc. Was someone really just dicking around?

Did anyone pre-order from them and have the transaction go through? I don't know how Walmart handles pre-orders so just questioning.

Honestly? FUNimation probably has provided retailers information with an unconfirmed release date. They know they're going to release the product some day, they just don't know when. FUNimation's done it before recently, with a "Hellsing Ultimate" collection that included a volume that hasn't even been released.

So, elaborate conspiracy? Hell no. FUNimation making a mistake perhaps, or Walmart jumping the gun and posting a listing that wasn't fully confirmed? Entirely likely.

Well, that sounds promising. Thanks for that, Corey.
