Wow. And I doubt you're the oldest person here somehow...
Oh, you think the Grand Tour is your ally, you merely stepped into the Grand Tour. I was born in it, moulded by it. I didn’t see the Super until I was already a man; by then, it was nothing to me but blinding!

I'm too old to be spending money on Dragon Ball DVD's and "dollies"; but yet, I do... At age 24 :D

I've got a massive collection, I'll have to take some photos at some point. I'm guessing at least 50 gashapons or more.

Wow. I envy you (and probably everyone else here). You've got money, and a shit load of merchandise.

Well... I got money because I work for it. I only buy a few every few months, the thing is I've been buying them for years now. It's not something I can buy all the time. I haven't got that much money, I've got responsibilities :P
I don't think I'm that much envied. There's a person on these forums who's got one of the biggest collection of Dragon Ball crap I've ever seen. Can't remember his nickname though. I've got tons of gashapons, am now buying the Dragon Boxes and will buy the Kai boxes, got the manga and a few more odd bits and pieces.

I'm 19. Piccolo Daimao, you seem older than 17, I'm surprised. Silver Sinspawn, you.... seem younger than 15...

People tell me I'm mature for my age, which is untrue because I watch children's cartoon shows. :P

Are you fucking kidding me?! Another Goku model? Aren't they going to be releasing other characters? It's seriously just the Super Saiyan Goku one with the original's head and a red paint-tint! I'm not going to be purchasing the now definitely obvious forthcoming models of Goku and Super Saiyan Goku in his slightly different Android-arc outfit... It's now unfortunately obvious that those will be the next releases... Although I might buy the Super Saiyan 3 one if this series of MG models makes it that far...

I was hoping for a Super Saiyan Vegeta or Trunks to capitalize on the upcoming arc, but obviously they don't want to design a new kit...

I wouldn't have minded as much if they had made that instead of this repaint/reusing of parts. I really want to see some other character MG models however! :x

As much I love the Kaioken Son Goku look I agree there are plenty of Goku figurines out there. Still at least many of these look well made and articulate. I say look cause I have never owned one of these beauties. Anyone know what the quality of some of these are like?

This is exactly the reason why I haven't bought any of these Figurerise Models or the FiguArts figures.

I itch for a shirtless version of this Goku model! Goku is nothing without his exposed manly bod- wait, I'm straight for God's sake!

Nah, that would require molding an entirely knew upper body. I'm sure the next one will be normal Android-arc outfit Goku. All they would have to do is change the color of the boot stickers, and omit the symbol stickers for his gi, and alter his belt from the typical karate belt appearance to the wrap around belt.

Not a whole lot of effort, which seems about par for the course.

Wowwww... o_o Gettin' kinda lazy Bandai, eh? Reminds me of Jakks.. reusing body parts over and over and over.
Boooo. Let's hope Bandai's figuarts line makes up for this "only Goku" figurerise stuff.
I own both figurerise model kits, but.. I would like someone else other than Goku now. If they do release him (this Kaioken version) I don't think their sales will do particularly well. I, for one, will not purchase him.

At least the figuarts line has Piccolo, Goku, and Gohan thus far. :)

I'm six and a half!

I agree that bandai's new fgure release is big disappointment. Com'on Bandai! Didn't you make two of these things already? They could at least throw in a goofy face plate since it's the only thing that is missing with these Goku figures.
