Yamcha vs Wolf dudes in the Top.

1. Goku vs Beerus rematch, both going all out. This should be the end of Super.
2. Mr Satan vs Nam. Nam is probably the weakest character that can sense ki, right? I want to see how Satan compares to those early Dragon Ball fighters.
3. Ginyu Force vs Pride Troopers (no Jiren) in a free-for-all.

2)Tien vs Krillin(lets finnaly see who the strongest earthling is after Oob and Roshi of course)

Actually I thought it was nice, I would never expect Piccolo do so well against Gohan as a SSJ or SSJ2 and the fact he even questioned Piccolo of how he got so powerful and the latter replies that he was training while was Gohan doing his researches was a good touch.

But, I think they could have done better when Gohan shows his full power, make it more extended and serious, I despise that Super treats Piccolo like he's made of paper mache, so he always get his arm ripped no matter what and was really random for him to being able to fire a Ki Blast at Gohan with a dead arm, but that's just me.

1. Piccolo vs. Vegeta - I'd like to see an equal power level fight, but even one where Piccolo learn Kaioken and Vegeta holds back a little would be nice. Why the hell haven't they fought. Toriyama, you tease!

2. Cell vs. Beerus - A Cell that's been allowed to roam free and train. With his potential, he could reach god tier in no time and with his attitude, he'd really piss Beerus off.

3. 17 vs. Vegeta - Don't know why, but I want to see this all of a sudden.

Honorables:
Tien vs. Krillin - I would like to settle this age old debate, but Super's treatment of Tien made this a lot this appetizing

Ikari Trunks vs. ToP Gohan - I think it'd be a nice fight.

Burter (with one year of training with Frieza) vs. Dyspo - I really want to know who'd be the fastest in the multiverse at that point.

I think at the start of the Android saga would be even closer if not exactly even. There's a good debate to be had that Piccolo might have actually been superior to Geetz, now that we know a little more how Namekian fusion works, mainly that it takes a while for that power to settle. I've always thought Vegeta was much stronger there, but now Piccolo challenging him before Frieza's arrival makes a lot more sense. I wish they got there earlier and came to blows before Frieza touched down on Earth.

1. Janemba vs Kid Buu - Lots of incoherent screaming, crazy powers, and all sorts of brutal. This would be one for the ages.

2. Piccolo vs Vegeta - This should have been a thing a long time ago.

3. Super Perfect Cell vs Dabura - They seem like they would team in mutual admiration of each other after a good scrap, but I'd love to see this one.

P.s. - Vegito vs Jiren, but I know that ain't gonna happen either.
