You must be DaVinci.
There's no need to be DaVinci to be a better artist than Toriyama, at least Z & GT style.
Considering the "Toriyama-style" is defined by how Toriyama draws, there is so much wrong with this sentence.

What you think, both series had the same or is just Super over the top?

Really, I think both do a good job at just doing what they want. Whatever seems "bad" is the fans just acting as if.

For me, I personally just can't enjoy the "cool portions of Super without being taken back by all of the logical faults. If you want style over substance then I can see how you'll pick Super over GT. Super focuses solely on being cool, while GT tried to do both but ended up mediocre. I wouldn't mind Supers approach, you can get away with few moments like that but Super just goes overboard. I just can't look passed them.

We have Zamasu who wants to destroy every human but when Bulma flirts with him, he just doesn't kill her which he has plenty of time to do but picks her up and tosses her aside.

Zamasu and Black who outputs enough energy to disintegrate planets and shake galaxies tries to destroy the time machine only to do enough damage to it that can be fixed with a fire extinguisher and 2 minutes of repairs.

Trunks is left alone to fight Zamasu and Black for days because Goku and Vegeta are cowards now but somehow time just passed and he's alive and ok and they're drinking tea.

Despite Trunks not even reaching a barrier needed to be broken to reach a new height of power he is able to increase his powers by billions just cause.

I could go on for hours listing these glaring flaws. You see what's happening right? Because of their desire to make things cool, Super is constantly writing themselves into dead ends and addresses these issues by just ignoring the problems. A series that can't even take it's own plot seriously cant be considered great or even good in my book. At least GT tried to expand the lore instead of pulling things out of their behinds. I like how they used the tails, we knew a saiyan loses power when its removed and that the transformation multiplies their powerlevel so giving them a new form from it was smart as well as using the Tuffles from the past.

I just don't think Super is trying that hard at all even for a Shonen which have plenty of series that are being written smart and animated well so I don't think demographic should be used as an excuse for it's flaw.

Completely disagree, Super is way to bright. Well GT did use a bunch of warm colors and was a tad to dark, it looks and feels like something that would come out of Dragon Ball.
Huh?, this is pretty funny, when super's designs bother me, it's because they are too bright and in GT's case, it's because they are too dark...............
They really are equal :D
I really miss ma boy, Black :(

After the latest episode, Super without a doubt the better show. What a finale to the arc that was. Now lets see how all the aftermath is handled.

Have we ever had things coming out of nowhere from GT as the same tier as Super?

I feel it proved the exact opposite. Ironically the major gripe is the @$$pulls when people complain about SSJ4 using a combination of the Oozuru and SSJ forms from out of nowhere. At least GT built on lore, not tore it down. That alone makes it better in my book.

Nothing is worse than a whole set of dragon balls sitting around on Earth that only Pilaf knows about.

Not like this, none that I can remember anyway. Even when they "did" they would have at least tried to tie back to existing lore.

When comparing everything, GT easily wins; the animation, pacing, music etc. was much better than Super's imo. In terms of plot alone though, I would say it's close.
Unlike most fans though, I don't think GT plot was actually bad... Some of the concepts were great, if handled better they could've even been at a level better than Z. But the writing was kind of bad so a lot of GT was a let down from what it could've been. Still not exactly bad though.
Super, on the other hand, has a fairly good plot. Skipping the retelling of the movies (because I didn't find those 30~ episodes entertaining tbh), it's been enjoyable. The tournament arc could've been better but it had its good moments. The Zamasu arc was going well too, I was actually enjoying this quite a lot. But after today's episode, it's clear that Super isn't actually all that better than GT. A lot of the new information just doesn't make sense. The reason most fans hated GT was because it didn't make sense. Well, they should hate Super then because I think it is less consistent than GT at this point.
I'm going to wait for the manga's take on this arcs ending, because Toyataro generally handles things better than Toei. If comparing the Super manga to GT, Super probably wins. Animes only, however, GT is comfortably ahead at the moment.

The ideas in GT were great. I think that the downfall was that they rushed through it. No idea got to really grow, it was just "bam, bam, bam, all done," and we never get to really settle into anything until it's on the next thing. It's really hard to get behind a story like that, when every 20 minutes, the story you've just seem becomes irrelevant until it goes into the next thing. The big background plots -- Black Star Dragon Balls, Baby, Super 17, Evil Shen Longs -- they were fine, but the episodes were just barreled at us so with that type of overload, it seemed like we got anticlimactic endings. I will say, though, that I think each arc had a great ending. It's just that compared to the whole story, the good parts were too little, too late.

I also thought it was extremely unnecessary to make Goku into a kid again -- even more unnecessary to keep him as one throughout the entire series.

I like that Super is not using ABC logic for villain when GT was still using the same format that had DB and DBZ had. With every villain being stronger than the last one. I feel like not every main villain to be as powerful as the last one. They can still be powerful and a major threat, but still weaker than the previous villain.

I wonder how they'll end this series with a lot of people being capable of curbstomping Goku and Vegeta.

But on-topic:

Did GT gave us any atrocity that could measure Fem Broly?

The Para Para Brothers?

Also, the hell you talking about? Atrocity? The character hasn't even been introduced yet. Wait for them to cock it up before you shit on them for it, especially when youc a do it for their other cock ups.
When Super apparently shoves Goku down our throats:

That's a fool's answer. The Shadow Dragons were a interesting concept handled poorly, It's stupid that in Super they can abuse Earth DB whenever they want for futile reasons (Episode 68).

Super 17 arc even though is arguably the worst arc in the series is not as worst as RoF arc in Super.
