Just open the video and press the "print screen" [prnt scrn] on the keyboard, or alternatively use VLC and there is an option in the window bar where you can ask it to perform a print screen of the video,

Okay, this is way more complicated than I wanted, but does anyone know if I can get the images from the Movie 8 credits without the text or does anyone have these images. Would be really helpful, as I would love to use them as avatars.

Edit: Okay, don't worry people, I've sorted it all out and I like the results. :D
