Yeah, but Jaco was only available to people that pre-ordered it in Japan, similar to how SS4 Vegeta was for us, wasn't he? I figured he'd be in Pack 3 regardless for them.

He very well could be, but they may not feel the need to advertise that. Bandai Namco doesn't seem very good at explaining much of anything in these types of situations. Just like the Neo Ginyu Force Nappa unlock that wasn't announced to be in DLC 1.

Okay, downloaded my GT Pack 1 into my Day One Xenoverse Edition into my PS3.


I'll finish it first, then i'll download GT Pack 2.


By the way, will it say that i have Add-On content installed into my PS3 when my disk is inside my PS3? Anyone with an answer is helpful.

After much, much grinding, I finally got Beerus' boots!

...my first piece of the set. Oh well, it's finally nice to get something. Now to kill myself grinding for the rest.

EDIT: very next PQ, I got his gloves and z-soul. Is my luck turning around?

Haha! Got Beerus' pants and shirt as well! That's amazing. I've finally got the outfit I want for a mixed basic attack/blast super character. And it only took my half an hour.

-4 new Time Patrol Quests (Resurrection F - vs Freeza Soldiers, vs Freeza, vs Golden Freeza, etc.)

I would imagine we will get those with the 3rd DLC pack since the 3rd DLC pack is focusing on ROF with Jaco, Golden Freeza, Goku and Vegeta's newest god forms.

This is the second time they've announced content for DLC pack 3 (which is supposed to be released sometime in the next two weeks by their "end of April" statement) and both have made zero mention to Time Patrol quests. I'm just going to assume we aren't getting any this time because while most of us may be aware of the film and the summary on Kanzenshuu, most of the planet won't have actually seen the film yet and I'm guessing they don't want to cover it. Hence why I put it in a later pack, otherwise we may just not be getting it at all.

So unlock potential is pretty much confirmed now huh. Actually that`s good because now saiyans don`t have a huge advantage for them.

It seems a lot of people are happy to be getting Old Kai as a master. If we do get unlocked potential from him, Dimps better not fuck it up.

Maybe a fourth pack with SS4 Vegeta and Demigra or Demigra will be released by himself?

Bandai Namco has SS4 Vegeta up on their VIP Corner, for the PS4 and XBOX One. Can't imagine they'll do anything else with him.

Ultimate form via Kaioshin's a neat idea. Makes me wish he taught us Super Saiyan 4, if we had that transformation. Still, if it's just a color swap, we could get both Super Saiyan God transformations as well.

Sadly, they don't anymore. Their ''digital content'' was limited on codes same as the unfortunate Day One Edition and they ran of codes after 15 minutes, so as I came from work, I didn't got nothing.
Bandai sucks. They are releasing the same game, Saint Seiya Brave Soldiers with different name this fall, only to have bonus characters from the new SS anime and I can imagine this means they will cut slots of some of the old ones.
Xenoverse sure is great franchise game for Dragon Ball in a while, but their games are cheap and their treatment of fans/players is the same dickheaded approach of the Japanese companies (aka lot of money for half-assed stuff or almost nothing).

I am in video game heaven this year tough - Mortal Kombat X, Batman Arkham Knight and Star Wars Battlefront, yeah!

Yeah, I can totally see him do what others masters have done sometimes: he'll choose other people than him for you to train with. Like "You're training will be to fight Goku and Gohan with half your health", and stuff like that which don't involve him directly.

MKX is pretty quick to finish when it lacks 300 various challenges that the previous episode had (and Injustice too).
Then all that's left is the main story, then the Klassic Tower with each character to get their endings, and done.

Maybe there won't even be any training. Maybe he'll ask to be your mentor and when your character is ready to fight to win his approval he'll start freaking out about how he's not strong but people fear him for his abilities (thus no test fight to see if you are worthy). Then every subsequent "?" is played off as a joke of waiting while he does the ritual to unlock your potential, finally granting you the ability with the friendship at max.

Who is this person? I would like to talk to them. I really want to know if Goku and Vegeta get their base forms with the new costumes. If not it will feel like a waste.
