OK then, so I made battle power lists for the DBZ movies. It can be kind of awkward doing so at times, because of Toei and their inconsistency with power-scaling, but I tried my best. Sorry if I ripped off your format, Kaboom. Anyway, let's begin!

DBZ Movie #1 – Return My Gohan!!

I made the God of Earth somewhat weaker than his 23rd TB self (in-universe reason: he's getting old), giving room for Garlic. Jr to be strong enough to easily beat him up, but still weaker than Gokuu and Piccolo, requiring him to transform.

His bulked-up state tore through Gokuu and Piccolo, but once they took off their weights and attacked together, they temporarily overwhelmed him.

Piccolo only put up a good fight against Gokuu because the latter didn't want to hurt him.

Gokuu's Kaiouken x3 managed to break off his arm, but Uiro's blast overpowered Gokuu's KKx3 Kamehameha. Once he took it up to KKx4, however, Uiro was blasted into orbit. According to the heroes as they flew up to meet him, his power was "still rising".

Brutal Warriors: 6,500
Kochin was nothing more than Uiro's robot lackey, and the Biomen (who only beat up Gohan because he was off-guard and, well, he's Gohan) were wrecked by Muten Roushi. The Brutal Warriors (Misokattsun, Kishime and Ebifurya, who held back on Muten Roushi before defeating him) gave Gokuu some trouble, but that was mainly because of their special techniques and the fact that Son was inhibited by the cold.

DBZ Movie #3 – A Super Decisive Battle for Earth

Another stated BP, for Piccolo. Because Gokuu, Gohan and Piccolo are stronger than they were against the Saiyans, but weaker than they were on Namek, I applied the same for the others, while still having them weaker than Tullece's cronies.

Rakasei: 7,500
Amond seems to be the second-in-command, therefore he's the strongest, while Rezun and Rakasei are the weakest because they're the smallest and fight together. Daiz and Kakao, who briefly ganged up on Gokuu, are in the middle.

I believe that Tullece was only surprised by Gokuu's battle power because of the whole "low-class Saiyan sent to a backwater planet like Earth", since it's not as if he was necessarily losing against him. Once he ate a fresh Shinseijuu fruit, he was strong enough to outrun and spank Gokuu's Kaiouken x10. After that, he ate another fruit, but it wasn't enough to survive Gokuu's Genki-Dama taken from the tree itself.

DBZ Movie #4 – Super Saiyan Son Gokuu

Kaiouken x100: 9,000,000
Base's taken from the Ginyuu portion of the Freeza arc, and because SS hadn't even debuted in the manga yet and it had to be lower than both Giant Slug and Gokuu's Kaiouken against him, I made it a x10 boost. Maybe the Kaiouken boosts are lower too, since Gokuu didn't even bother to use it (or maybe, in this universe, he never mastered it, but only managed to use it after borrowing Piccolo's ki) until after he'd had a can of Namekian whoop-ass emptied on him and needed Piccolo to rejuvenate him. A V-Jump scan or something says that Gokuu used Kaiouken x100, so I guess that's due to Piccolo's energy (his aura was really big).

Once again, taken from the Ginyuu portion of the Freeza arc. Piccolo's BP is a fairly arbitrary level that's at least stronger than Slug's goons, since he defeated one and was only downed by the other two because of Angira surprise-grabbing his legs and then him and Medamaccha barraging him with ki blasts when he was off-guard shielding Gohan.

Demon Clan Soldiers: 60—120
Chi-Chi knocked out a soldier in one hit, but herself was downed in one blow another, so it's safe to say that they vary in power, with Chi-Chi in the middle.

Zeiun: 35,000
Dorodabo: 40,000
Medamaccha: 42,000
Angira: 45,000
They parallel the Ginyuu Special-Squad, with Gokuu even killing the latter two in similar ways. Zeiun's the weakest because, well, he was killed off first (although it was Slug who did so), but other than that, we just didn't see that much of him. Dorodabo's second weakest because, while he was knocked down Gohan in one sweep, he was killed by Piccolo, while Medamaccha and Angira (whom Piccolo had a bit of trouble shaking off his legs) were the only two who survived before Gokuu came onto the scene.

Slug: 85,000
Youth restored: 250,000
Giant: 2,500,000
To go along with the general trend of "main villain fights evenly/is beaten by main hero > villain transforms and turns tables", I like to think Slug was somewhat weaker than Gokuu before he regained his youth and subsequently pwned him. I basically ripped the x10 boost for Slug's giant form from Oozaru (similar transformation, I guess, although I guess the reason Slug's power grew when he was a giant while Piccolo wasn't, was because he's a Super Namekian). After enlarging, Kaiou mentioned that Slug's power "surpassed Freeza, and perhaps even a Super Saiyan", and I'll assume that Kaiou was referring to Freeza's first form (I'll assume that the dead Z-Warriors were somehow revived and Freeza was defeated on Namek without any transformations or whatever) and the "Super Saiyan" that Gokuu had displayed earlier.

DBZ Movie #5 – The Incredible Strongest vs. Strongest

Son Gokuu: 3,300,000

I think this movie assumes that Gokuu had killed Freeza on Namek (no mention of King Cold from Coola) and escaped to Earth on his spaceship in time, but before a year passes, since Gohan looks just like he did on Namek, both in age and appearance (and he looked older when Trunks came to Earth). But it's not long since Gokuu came back to Earth, as he still can't transform into a Super Saiyan at will.

Kame-sennin mentions that Gokuu had become stronger since he'd returned from Namek, so I made him about as strong as his Yardrat self. Since the movie's a parallel to the battle with Freeza, I decided that Gokuu was using Kaiouken x10 and x20 (when he used that Kamehameha) against Coola before kicking it up to SS.

Tail grabbed: 50
Same BP as in the Freeza arc, since Chi-Chi wouldn't have let Gokuu train him in times of peace, and it's shown that he was back in education. His BP when Dora grabbed his tail was stated in the movie.

Both taken from the Freeza arc. I guess I didn't bother raising their power from beforehand, even though I'm sure they would've been training, just because. There's no real need anyway, and it's still a parallel to the Freeza fight.

Sauzer: 500,000
Strong enough to smoke Gohan and Kuririn, but not strong enough to beat Piccolo, who killed Dore and Neiz. Sauza put up a decent fight, but it was clear that Piccolo wasn't having any trouble, so Coola had to step in and Death Beam him.

Coola: 3,200,000
Transformed: 140,000,000
His fourth form's slightly weaker than Gokuu, as I recall that Gokuu landed a good number of hits on him. But once he transformed, Gokuu remarked that he was even stronger than Freeza, presumably his 100% power. I put him equal to Mecha Freeza, but still weaker than Super Saiyan Gokuu.

DBZ Movie #6 – Clash!! 10,000,000,000 Powerful Warriors

Taken from the early Android arc (I'll assume that God retired for some reason and, like in the main continuity, Gokuu fetched Dende as replacement from New Namek), only swapped round his and Vegeta's powers because, well, Gokuu's the main hero here and got to deliver the finishing blow. I assumed that he was using Kaiouken x20 because anything less would be stupid. Yes, I realize what I just said, but whatever.

Due to Gokuu and Vegeta appearing strongest here, as they get to fight the main villain while Piccolo and co. are lumped with the henchmen, Piccolo hasn't merged with God and is, therefore, weaker than the Super Saiyans.

Once Piccolo, Gohan and Kuririn concentrated their ki with each hit, these guys were defeated.

Each time they were defeated, the Meta Coolas grew stronger. So Gokuu soon tore through the first Meta Coola, who regenerated and turned the tables. Then he and Vegeta were both smashed by him, until they barely managed to tear through him again using all their strength. Then hundreds of them, even stronger, appear before them, and they are forcibly brought to the main computer. I'm trying to redo my power levels at the moment, and I'm wondering what to do about fusion. Do you guys try to use a consistent formula or just say "it's magic, fuck it" and just base give them a power level as if they were a separate character?

I used to try to do something like the former, but have eventually come to find it a big unnecessary headache.

I sincerely doubt, after all, that even the same technique would always yield the exact same proportionate result to the two fusing individuals. Potara Fusion, for one, is apparently just an extreme wild card that can have profoundly different effects based just on who's using it. But even the Fusion Dance's outcome could be modified ever so slightly by certain elements. Like, if one of the Fusees is just a millisecond ahead of or behind the other in the dance, or if one is slightly taller than the other, or if they have different-colored hair, or who knows what else.
