I didn't hear if they confirmed or deconfirmed split-screen at E3.

Bandai announced that 3 DLC characters will be added to One Piece Burning Blood and fans will be able to vote for who the 3 fighters will be.

Do you think they'll do this with XV2 ?

They didn't have any characters be a pre order exclusive like they did with the 1st XV and Naruto Storm 4 so hopefully they won't with XV2 as well.
July 9th 2018 will be remembered as the day Broly became canon.

Apologies if this has already been posted, but the article was put up today and I'm not seeing a post about it in posts from today, so...

The main new piece of information here that I'm seeing, unless I missed it from an earlier interview, is that they won't be adding any new race options. So while there will be a lot of new features available when creating our characters, we'll still only be able to choose from Saiyans, Humans, Namekians, Freeza's Race, and Majin. I'm...actually pretty surprised about that. I thought for sure they'd add the Android options from Heroes if nothing else.

Hmm, I can't I haven't heard about this. Good job finding out this article, Gyt Kaliba. I'm very content knowing that DIMPS recognises how flawed the raw combat was in Xenoverse 1 and is spending time to fix it.
Based on user feedback, we got responses from fans who said they were playing online and the opponent does long range attacks and then keeps running to try to win with a time out. In order to prevent that with Xenoverse 2 we are adding a new system called the Reverse Dash, which you can use to automatically pursue an opponent. If you’re pursuing the enemy and they suddenly do a ki blast to you, you won’t be able to avoid it. During this dash if you put in a special command after you dash towards the opponent you will be able to change the direction you’re flying to get behind them. You will be able to dodge and prepare for a counterattack at the same time.

Man, I was really hoping for a Supreme Kai race... oh well, maybe I'll try making one from Earthlings or even Saiyans... :think:

The only way I can see them justifying a Android race is if it were the completely organic ones like Cell and not just plain humans with enhancements. Then theres the challenge of making sure the race is enough to standout from Freeza's.

Thanks! I can't take too much credit though, I only saw it through a friend posting it on Facebook. :P

Them talking about adding depth to the character creation though, I hope that extends to transformations as well. As in, adding some for the other races, and adding in some kind of creation aspect to what they look like. Let me tweak what the Super Saiyan hair of my character would look like; let me design what my Freeza's race character's transformed look looks like, etc.

I'm fine with keeping the same races from before if it means things such as transformations are further expanded upon. Just let my Saiyan go SSJ4, that's all I ask.

Yeah. They need to actually take some creativity when it comes to the SSJ hairstyles. When they basically made the original hairstyles golden in XV... it was boring and bland.

I'm right with KentalSSJ6. Female Super Saiyan 4, please? :P

Also Planet Vegeta would be awesome to explore.

And as for the Super Saiyan hair, I drew my main character's SSJ hair normal but gold, and SSJ2 is spiked.

If Heroes' avatars didn't get Super Saiyan 4, I doubt they would make it for Xenoverse avatars. Also, they said they would try to make Super Saiyan 3 for them [in a next time], which is something to be noted.
