@sshadow

I know your match had hit detection lag and that's not your fault but to be 100% honest I wasn't all that impressed with the constant use of the paralyze ki blast over and over. Not to mention just using the Broly ki blast over and over and over and over. I do think it's their fault for making that the only ki blast you can do but imo players should really get more creative with the game. But even then the game does have it's limits.

I also wish there was more to dodging melee than just literally backing away out of range of a melee attack. Imo that is not what Dbz was about. They dodged, they vanished, they countered...etc.

I wasn't all that impressed with the constant use of the paralyze ki blast over and over.
I do feel really bad about it, I wish I could just use the standard Ki blasts like every other race. I use the normal Ki blasts quite often with my Arale character (Which I do need to upload some footage of) and its a useful tool to stun the enemy's oncoming attacks, A tool Freeza Race is kinda lacking.
Not to mention just using the Broly ki blast over and over and over and over.
I am guilty of this, I do try to combo into it often (works very well after a knock back attack) and I'm getting quite a bit of flak for it on Gamefaqs. I've started experimenting with other supers in the game in an effort to stop relying on the same old tactics.
I do think it's their fault for making that the only ki blast you can do

It's kinda my fault too, my characters build really limits my Ki blast power and relying on what is essentially the only Strike projectile (Which makes sense really, they are Strike attacks) is limiting my characters potential. I think it's time I revisit Shenron to try and improve my stats to something more balanced.
I also wish there was more to dodging melee than just literally backing away out of range of a melee attack. Imo that is not what Dbz was about. They dodged, they vanished, they countered...etc.
there are evasive techniques you can use to dodge or counter attacks...I'm not that good with em yet though.

I think my biggest problem is that by trying to stick to a Green Lantern theme by having my attack try to only be green and its making my combat and tactics stale with my limited choices.

Whats the control for the move = you sent your enemy flying then your character dashing straight behind and smacking the enemy?

So...does anyone wanna do a video of themselves doing 1 vs 3 WITHOUT items? I'll do that one day cuz I have been good at that...somewhat.

On my Freeza race it's Triangle,Square,Triangle,Square,Triangle from standing. If I start with a dashing Square what follows is Square,Triangle,Square,Triangle
The bold Square is the hit that knocks them flying and the Triangle that follows is the dash behind the opponent. If you guard just after the final Triangle, you can continue a melee combo (though may not work well online with poor hit detection)

I would often just follow up the final Triangle with a Gigantic Omega which always hits offline (almost always hits online) and then follow them with a dash.

I have a weird request: Could someone who has PC version 1.05 of the game with both DLCs, the pre-order bonuses, and NOTHING ELSE (no mods, in other words) please copy the file named "data2.cpk" from your Xenoverse directory and put it up on MediaFire or some similar site.

In case the management is concerned, don't worry: I've bought the game as well as the season pass, so this isn't me trying to pirate anything.

If you didn't pre-order and get the SSj4 Vegeta DLC and have the game on anything but PC it looks like there's a giveaway coming up to score a code for him - https://www.facebook.com/DBZ.videogames ... =notify_me

I was actually at the mall last week and just went into the Microsoft store for giggles. It turns out they still had Day One editions of the XBone version. So, check out your Microsoft store if you have an XBone and want the DLC.

I mean, you're pretty open about looking at cartoon porn. Why would you do that? It's fiction. The proportions of these women are not possible to reach in reality.

Yeah, but Bandai has only around 100 codes for PS4 and 50 codes for the rest, so it is like going for million dollars in a lottery.
I already promised them that I will be evil and definitely won't buy that shitty Saint Seiya game if I won't get the DLC

. yeah and no more gunpla and toys and no more Bandai at all in the future (including Dragon Ball). I hate these practices, more so of a Japanese, then I won't support them.

Which all could have been avoided if you just pre-ordered the game.

Considering they have codes specifically for getting the SSj4 Vegeta DLC I'm guessing he'll be available for purchase after DLC pack 3.

Not for everyone. There were cases of places like Amazon sending out emails stating that orders placed after date X would not be receiving the code (despite being well before the release date).

Yup this happened to me, had to buy the game again on eBay for the code.

Muhahahaha, I've got it now!!!!
So I am entitled to buy whatever stuff Bandai releases now.

I don't side with your opinion tough. After like 4 DB games that were bad. Who would preorder? Not to mention that the price for the preorder was crazy in my currency.
You know, I've got so much stuff for preordering Assasins Creed Unity, I will get so much awesome stuff for preordering Batman Arkham Knight. Compared to this, DB Xenoverse is rather mediocre.
No offense.

The only good thing about the pre-order is SSJ4 Vegeta (who somehow has better stats than SSJ4 Goku lol). The Gold and Crystal armors are shit in both appearance and stats.

Which is what people wanted in the first place. Like Sshadow5001, I didn't recieve the code even tho I pre-ordered (I recieved the steel case, which is pretty awesome) and was really bummed out, luckily Rukura was kind enough to let me able to download the DLC trough his account, but it really affected a lot of (I bet not vocal) people from what I asked around.

Yeah, I missed the day one DLC too. I got my copy of Xenoverse with my PS4 as soon as I bought one, but it was a while after release.

PC version guys. PC version. Pre-order the game and the Pre-Order DLC is automatically added to your game.

That's still a situational thing. Just like the people getting emails that they won't get the code despite pre-ordering, it doesn't do you any good to buy it off Steam if your computer can't run the thing.
