I have PS3. Have a similarly designed character (i mean, not enough options to make them all too different), but with more purplish highlighted hair. Named'er Lehtta. And in my own personal canon she's the daughter of Broly from an alternate timeline, where he was raised by his mother and taken off-world before King Vegeta could send someone to try and kill the infant Broly.
Still wish we had more outfit options for better customizations. And still wish that gear didn't alter stats since, unfortunately, min-maxing takes precedence for battle as opposed to dressing up your character how you want. Also kinda wish they would've added "Legendary Super Saiyan" as a transformation to the game that buffs defense and prevents knockback as opposed to bolstering Strike Supers or Blast Supers. And changes your eyes white.
My main char is called Zanaria. I haven't given her a real background, but she has a good heart so I suppose she could be one of the good Saiyans from the legend.
Jesus, playing with Gine gives me feels and makes everything more dramatic. I mean just look at it this way: She's brought to Trunks just as the planet is destroyed. Why is this happening to her? Why would the stupid dragon choose HER? She's called weak and soft by all the other Saiyans! She always hesitates when they ask her to kill somebody and that gets her in trouble... She simply can't be the true warrior this young man is looking for. And suddenly she is asked to keep Raditz from murdering Kakaroto and his child. D:!!!! *CUE DRAMA* Raditz doesn't hear any reasons from her... besides the stranger dark power emanating from him he has a VERY twisted idea of how Saiyans are supposed to be. Where the hell did he got these ideas? WHAT HAPPENED TO HER BOY? What...? What's that Trunks? He spent the last 20-something years with PRINCE VEGETA? ARE YOU KIDDING ME! AACK!! NO WONDER!!
She starts by providing any support she can to Kakaroto... but slowly she realizes that she's is actually good at fighting when protecting somebody. When fighting FOR someone. She starts going on in missions, protecting Kakaroto, his family and friends. She witness how strong, how great her baby boy has become. She might have been absent from most of his life, but she's going to make sure she's guarding his future. Whether he realizes she is his mother or not... well, there will be time for that later.

An author can do whatever he wants with the characters, that's not false. But the author should also have the responsibility to make sure it fits in cohesively with the other events in the narrative he has created.

The level cap being raised to 99? The last increase buffed the EXP needed to gain those 5 levels to an almost absurd amount from what was required prior. I kinda hate to see what needs to be gained to reach the new max...

Level 86 requires around 109k EXP.
Also, Gigantic Meteor got nerfed on its tracking. Cant be used to continue combos when enemies bounce off the ground.
Okay, leveling will take it's time now. Even Z-Rank the Great Ape festival isn't helping much. But I still wish they would have improved the RNG. Vegetto still doesn't want to drop his pants and I have already several shirts, gloves and boots. Either Vegetto doesn't show up at all or I get only the stuff I already have.
Chat phrases btw. include now things like "I got a Skill", "I got a Dragonball" und such. Kinda nice but not really necessary in my opinion. At least not if it isn't during the Quest itself so your Online Partners know, but it's only in Toki Toki City.
And there are no new Event Quests though the update says so. I wonder what those are. They can't be related to Resurrection "F" because then they would be included to the "Added data for Resurrection "F" Pack" section and wouldn't have their own message slot.

Yeah, this is going to be ridiculous by the end. 1,253,975 EXP to get to Lv. 88. Though I suppose it won't end up taking too long if you spam the Ozaru Festival and get DBs in the process. Would cut the time in half, as it just did for me.
I definitely won't be trying to max all my characters though. If I get there, fine, but it's certainly not a goal.

Just an FYI Maiden Blast has had a huge nerf. The damage is significantly reduced even on Z-Assist, does around half what every other Ultimate does. I guess that's to counter the fact its very easy to combo into.

Whis's ult got a damage reduction as well I think.
Super Ghost Kamikaze Ultimate also had a nerf I think. The invulnerability while preparing is gone. So you can finally guard break SSJ Gotenks when he's spamming it like crazy.

Vegeta's ult sucks, as does Freeza's supers, while Goku now has two of the best Ki moves in the game.
Id say I'm shocked, but id be lying.
I dunno, it looks like Vegeta's can be fired pretty quickly if he wanted too. There aint enough fast ultimates in the game.
Yeah but like all charged abilities, you trade damage for speed. There are supers that can hurt more than his ult if its fired without charging. It's literally the X10 Kamehameha of ults.
Meanwhile Goku's two new Kamehameha moves are quick and do a ton of damage. Only useful move I'm seeing on Vegeta is Final Blow.
Finally one of Goku's God forms has Super God Fist. I'm a bit disappointed that they didn't change the melee animations tho, specially after Zenkai Battle Royale having done just that for both Goku and Freeza. The super attacks definitely help tho, Goku's new KHHs look really awesome and he has his One-Inch Punch as a counter Vegeta's are a bit tame, Final Blow looks nice and they couldn't have done really anything new with his ki-attacks but in contrast to Goku, I think i'll use his regular forms (and SSJ4) more. Freeza's supers look nice, Emepror Blast is obviously a teleport bait just like Omega Shenron's Dragon Thunder is, and his ult looks satisfying to land.

It activates on both ki and melee, and puts you behind the opponent so you can avoid getting caught in ult armor like with Whis's Symphonic Destruction or a sphere ult.

Because if you're like me and like playing as the Cast characters, having more and more unique moves is nice. (And it's why i'm hoping they go back and add all the missing moves from the Budokai games into their respective characters in the sequel).
