Yeah I bought the Season Pass before DLC pack 3 came out but after the other 2. I had to download each pack separately but it said it was free and already purchased so thats fine. DLC pack 3 downloaded automatically which was nice.

The PlayStation Store does not update until somewhere around 6-7 p.m. eastern time each week on Tuesdays. Occasionally things start getting listed/downloadable slightly earlier than the overall weekly update refresh, but not much and not often.

Good. Tired of wearing clothes I want and it having drawbacks. At least with this, I can wear it and still be a baller.

Mine downloaded right away and I'm now having fun playing as "Galactic Patrolman... JACO!"

DLC Pack 3 also came with a new patch (which probably explains the level cap increase) that has its usual tweaks and such. If you see 1.07 at the intro screen before you got the DLC than yeah it's a seperate patch. What I've noticed so far:

Hyper Drain got buffed. It now steals two bars of ki and stamina. I was hoping they would do this at some point because it flat out sucked.
Perfect Kamehameha got nerfed. It no longer has invincibility frames so you're vulnerable to guard break. Damage still seems the same though.
The Z-Soul "What is this a Super Saiyan Bargain Sale?" possibly got nerfed because stamina doesn't recover as quickly. However, it's also possible that female Saiyans had their stamina regen buff nerfed (which would be flat out stupid). I'm going to try "Might As Well..." and see, though that possibly got nerfed as well.
Level cap obviously increased, though how high is yet to be determined.

Wait what? You need to be level 93 to train with him?

To unlock the skill ''unlock potential'' u need to be level 93, but you can do his early trainings (at least thats what I heard)

Never had this issue with pack 1 but I haven't tried playing with pack 3 yet, so we'll see.

I understand technology can have technical difficulties, but this is barely complex. Barring actual issues with the server or whatever, when the content like this is posted up in the store it should be ready for you to access it. Not have customer support tell you to try again when the store is finished updating. It's just an unlock code. :/
