I've come up with a what-if design for Dragon Ball Heroes called "The Masked Princess". It's simple enough to be something I think could reasonably appear in there, but there's quite a bit of thought put into the details if you look closely.

I'll explain some of the beforementioned details in here.

First of all, the mask is based on Sailor V's mask. And while you can't really see it very well with this resolution, the Time Breaker infinity symbol is incorporated into the shape of the mask, so it follows the theme.

The hairstyle is based on three things. First off, it uses straight-cut bangs as you'd expect from GT Bulla. Secondly, the ponytail part is a reference to EoZ Bulla. Thirdly, the extra long bangs at the side are a reference to what's called a "hime cut", literally a princess cut.

The outfit is a prettied up take on Vegeta's armour-less outfit from the Buu arc, actually. The white gloves may be obvious, but the rest of it is as well. Vegeta's boots, which are white with yellow/golden tips, are converted to white stockings and golden shoes. And the dress itself has the same colours as Vegeta's top and pants, and the fact that it's strapless is loosely based on Vegeta's top being a tanktop.

The energy blast is just an energy blast, really. It's an energy sphere version of DBU Bulla's "Princess Flash" wave attack, for what that's worth, but that's a reference that's literally impossible to catch since DBU isn't finished at all yet. I didn't settle on a name for it, but maybe it'd be called "Princess Bomber" or something.
There's a lot of the word "princess" going around, I know, but in Japanese some of them are "oujo", some of them are "hime" and some of them are "purinsesu".

I might do a little more with this design, so maybe there'll be a follow-up post. I'm not sure yet.

Cool concept. Thinking of/drawings of different forms/outfits for characters in Super Dragon Ball Heroes is interesting. Especially characters who don't get as much attention as characters like Goku, Vegeta, etc.

I enjoy trying to come up with alternate designs every once in a while. Whether the character is overrated or underrated or whatever isn't really a factor for me when doing that, to be honest, an idea is an idea no matter which character it's for. I just generally think they could stand to expand the "Xeno" cast a little, so I've had a few ideas in my head for Xeno Piccolo, Xeno Uub, and of course Xeno Bulla. The other ideas aren't very concrete yet, though, so no art there for now.

I might do a little more with this design, so maybe there'll be a follow-up post. I'm not sure yet.
