When exactly? The answer changes a lot depending on that since a lot of major events would change things like the destruction of Planet Vegeta, Frieza's defeat on Namek etc.

Say right before the events of BoG

- Not much changes. He could solo Frieza's minions with the exception of Tagoma and perhaps Shisami, but that's about it. However with his strength level he'd be a great fit for the Multiverse tournament since he's stronger than a lot of the U7 fighters like Roshi and Kuririn.

- Depending on how you interpret the filler, Pikkon is either slightly above Cell Arc Goku or far above Super Perfect Cell. In the former scenario, the answer is pretty much the same as above except he'd have no trouble with Shisami and put up an admirable fight against Pre-Ginyu Tagoma. In the latter he would easily wreck Frieza's entire force but he'd still get destroyed by First Form Frieza.

- Same as above. He's still no match for Frieza, though he could perhaps he could make First Form Frieza work a bit for his victory.

- Pretty huge power leap here, why not have something in between like SSGod Goku, SSBlue Kaioken Goku etc.? Anyway, he easily oneshots the entire series. No villain comes close to being a credible threat with him around. All the arcs end in 1 episode.

Even in the Buu Arc. The potential unlock isn't a one time thing, it keeps raising one's power over time. For example, Kuririn was at 13,000 in the Ginyu fight but was up to 75,000 against Frieza, and likewise Gohan was at 14,000 against the Ginyus, but was up to 200,000 against Frieza. Vegeta notes this as well saying the two keep getting stronger and stronger.

If Goku got his potential unlocked the Buu Arc wouldn't even happen as he could defeat Cell by himself and stay alive, then beat Babidi and his minions before they have the opportunity to release Buu, and even if they did he'd be strong enough to beat Buu immediately.

The only obstacle is Beerus who is way too strong, but once he obtains SSGod he may be able to force Beerus to use up to 5% of his power.
