Oh my fucking science...this can't be happening. I was playing yesterday, I beat one of the Cui's with Bardock, and my game froze. Ok, I'll reset. Well, my FUCKING DISC CANNOT BE READ. I've tried like twenty times, and the disc won't be read. This is not only BT2, all my other games don't work. My piece of shit PS2 is not working. Can anyone tell me how to fix this? Please! I need to play this game until Wii!

Also, I'm loving the game so far. Backflipping with Goku pwns.

HEH, the day...if all the DBZ games are released for PS3, I'll still have to wait until the price goes down like $400....I just can't throw $700+ on that.

Anyway, any help with my PS2 problem? Not only do I want to wait five days until I get the Wii version, but I want my PS2 working again...is there any way that could get my PS2 reading discs again?

EDIT: All right. WTF. I turned on my PS2, and it reads the disc! Except now, I am brought to the menu where I can check my memory card data and choose to play a game. I click on the disc, and I am brought back to this menu five seconds later. It is an infinite loop. Help. For the love of God, please help me someone!

Nope, I never play movies on the PS2. If my lazer is dieing, how could I fix it? However, if I can fix this without replacing the lazer, please help!

Also, am I the only one who is picking up the Wii version of this game?

Unless you know how to take it apart, i'm afraid you cannot fix the lazer. I pray for your sake that somehow I am wrong. Try playing games untill it works..if it should do so. I'll be picking the Wii version of the game up at launch along with Zelda. :)

Tell me if you need any more help.

I'm kinda getting tired of the story. Go fight Raditz. Great, now go fight everyone else. What, you mean they skipped nearly all of GT and it's charecters a 3rd time? I guess it doesn't bother me that much. Well, back to playing.

Just a thought. Do you have the original style PS2? The thicker one?

Because, recently a lot of people have been telling me that their PS2s have stopped working, and they all have the older style.

Yeah, in summer 2005 my "original" style PS2 that I bought in 2001 starting showing some of the same signs of age (skipping, freezing, not reading discs) as my "original" style PS1 had once it hit the 5 years old mark, so when it was still in working order I traded in at Gamestop for $60 towards the purchase of a newer thin style PS2.

Nope, I have the slim one. I thought that the slim one was weaker because...well...how the hell do they fit all the chips and stuff inside that little thing?

Please help me....I'm kinda breaking down. The only thing that is keeping me going is the new Funimation DVD information. *continues speculation*

I got a problem too! It seems as the discs have become very slow, on story mode, on some events, the red dot fights, it goes to the loading screen but does not load! I waited 5 minutes, nothing happen so I restarted the PS2, but same thing happens. Heck, I let it load for half an hour but nothing happens! Can anyone help me?

Check the disc for scratches and stuff. If all fails use toothpaste

Same thing happened to me. It just stayed at the loading screen. The good thing is...you get to play the Yamcha loading game forever! It's not the PS2, have more good faith in Sony!

Anyhow, if you have bucks to spare, bring the disk to Gamecrazy and get it cleaned, you'll never have the problem again.

P.S.

I love to whack Yamcha with the ball while it loads and I am going to try to clean the disk. In addition, Drunken Master, wouldn't you kill yourself with the UB?

That's something I've been meaning to ask: How have people been customizing thier characters? What Capsules have you been using?

All of mine have a Level 10 Health, Ki, Attack, and Speed, Equip +3 and either a Halo for half enery comsumption or a Title [Elite] for a +3 on health, ki and attack.

p.s. I'm about 50% complete. I just beat Cell with Mr. Satan

Well, it looks like some stores are already selling Wii games. I haven't checked, but look what someone picked up:

Nope. No damage at all, that's the best part. It's great. He's truly the hidden gem in this one. Anyhow, I'm too lazy to look at my capsules, but it's like this -

I have a capsule that makes my UB unblockable, but it makes you really dizzy afterwards, thus I have a capsule that halves dizzyness. I have the capsule that makes you take no damage while guarding and I have a health + 10 and a defense + 10. Also, I have capsules that boost my UB to 20.

Okay, so he launches 10 kikohos at you...I did a test with a normal SSJ4 Gogeta. After two kikohos the damage was 20,000+, after that the damage was either 7,000 or 14,000 per kikoho (same with the first two). SSJ4 Gogeta was dead after number 7 when I had full life and like a 1 second dizzyness recover. :o

Oh, good. That is the final design, then? Because my local GameStop still has the fugly versions out on the "coming soon!" displays.

Also, they were setting up the "playable" display PS3 and Wii tonight. I never new the Wii was so small! It's... cute!

How can they be selling Wii games, if the Wii isn't going to be released released for another four days?

They ship the games to the stores early, and some stores choose to sell them. Yes, it is useless because the Wii isn't out, but I guess it's kinda convinient not to have to pick the game up on launch day(for some people. I for one want to pick it up with TP and my Wii on the launch day  ).
