By the look of Herms translation there's only one Zeno, so there won't be 12 people stronger than Whis, Vados, Beerus and Champa, but just 1 (if Zeno is really strong) or 2 if we include both the new characters. Herms refers to Zeno as "the Omni-King". It sounds hella cool IMO.

I'm not saying this in a plot-wise sense, but in an artistic perspective. Toriyama clearly has trouble designing characters according to their age, and that's why we see so many inconsistencies (like Trunks and Goten having the same size and appearance for several years, or Goku instant growth, which, despite having an explanation, sounds much like an "excuse", especially if you consider Cabba, a pure Saiyan, looks like a teen; or even Vegeta, who is shown both as a kid and a teen in flashbacks).
Having said that, your examples (Kuririn and Chi Chi) also prove my thesis that this is a recurring thing in the series.

I've meaning to ask this question. Super seems to serve as an revisit to Z before the end of the series. But what would that be called in writing?
For example if J.K. Rowling decided to revisit the Harry Potter series right after Voldemort's defeat, but before Harry and his friends are adults with families. It's been bugging me because I remember coming across this word about Super; how it allows the author(s) to come back and change their story.

It's Toriyama's story though, so if he wants to retcon something he created, then he has all the right to do that.
