I don't believe the Toei show can be licensed. Heck, I don't think it's even had an official home release recently, if at all.

You're the first person I've heard who said they can picture someone else as Kaiba. On note of Mr. Willingham, if he wasn't finishing high school around the time season 3 was being recorded/cast, can you picture him as anyone from DBZ?
