I was wondering, how are you planning on handling Gohan's SSJ2 transformation? Kei17's rip is pretty good, but there's still some Japanese voices left in it.

Or can this be solved by just making the English voices louder so as to drown out the leftover Japanese ones?

I'm using Kei's rip, and you can't really notice any Japanese voices when the music is placed over the English voices (I already checked).

Nah, that sounds like the same rip, and the quality isn't as high as what I already have. The insertion is gonna turn out great, trust me.

Just some food for thought, have you considered adjusting the music placement for the Sumitomo score once Kai 2.0 comes out? A lot of people have been unhappy with the score placement and it would be interesting to see a project similar to this for the second half of Kai.

I don't think I'll be doing a full project for that. Maybe I'll do something like it for a few specific scenes, but I'm already pretty much burnt out from this alone.

Quick question I wanted to ask everyone who checks this thread regularly: Do you think the music mixing for most of the Part Five episodes are okay (especially the first few, like 53-58)? Looking back on them, I feel like I may have mixed the BGM tracks a little too loudly, but I wanted to know if anyone else felt the same way.

A smidge louder than the rest, but nothing preventing me from enjoying it.

It's noticeably louder, but it doesn't drown out anything important.
If you feel it's too loud or inconsistent, you should fix it. Otherwise, don't worry about it.
