That's insane. And that's Beerus' casual speed. Man, the SSJG Goku/Beerus fight in Super is gonna be full of ridiculous feats.Sora Saiyan wrote:For anybody who's interested in the calcs the previous one that put Beerus at 3 billion times faster than light didnt hold enough weight so it was redone, it's now between 12-120 billion x FTL. Re: Dragon Ball Super: Power Level Discussion Thread
Beerus taps a planet and destroys half of it, then flies off and is hundreds of kilometers away in seconds. Then he goes to another planet in faster than light speeds and destroys it with an energy blast the size of a golf ball. Meanwhile, Goku is pushing three weights the size of a room each in 10x gravity and the next episode preview shows him lifting weights the size of a house.
It's like they're doing this on purpose.

Re: Dragon Ball Super: Power Level Discussion Thread
Several feats in the first two episodes of Super that are already far better than anything done in the original series.
Re: Dragon Ball Super: Power Level Discussion Thread
I wonder how different will the fight between ssjg goku and beerus play out? Hopefully much better than the movie.
Re: Dragon Ball Super: Power Level Discussion Thread
Well planetbusting isn't uncommon in dbz since the saiyan saga or above but the speed feats and the nail tap are much better tho.Birusu16 wrote:Several feats in the first two episodes of Super that are already far better than anything done in the original series.
Re: Dragon Ball Super: Power Level Discussion Thread
I'm glad they're doing this. The series really lacked in any kind of feats since the Freeza saga. There's been very little strenght feats since then and the only worthwhile speed feat that comes to mind afterwards was Gotenks flying around the world.
It's all been done through power scaling which only creates many assumptions. Now they're showing us to what kind of level they've been scaled too.

I have a feeling jaws are gonna drop for people that cares for feats when SSG Goku vs Beerus comes, then later DBS ver of SSGSS vs Gold Frieza.... c'mon TOEI bring in some mind boggling feats!Lord Beerus wrote:That's insane. But dat Beerus speed tho.
I guess this scales to every god tier now(Whis,Goku,Vegeta,Freeza,Champa,Fem Whis)
But if the fights don't show them doing crazy ish i'll be disappointed

I always believe that Freeza is the first planet buster in the series. We never know if Vegeta was going to blow up the Planet for good since he got angry and was talking out of his ass. He would have likely blow up the Earth's core so that he can escape his pod before the Planet blows up.pacz360 wrote:Well planetbusting isn't uncommon in dbz since the saiyan saga or above but the speed feats and the nail tap are much better tho.Birusu16 wrote:Several feats in the first two episodes of Super that are already far better than anything done in the original series.

Nah vegeta was the first considering piccolo earlier in the saga blew up the moon casually and he was nothing to raditz let alone nappa and vegeta and i doubt he was talking out of his ass that time.Hellspawn28 wrote:I always believe that Freeza is the first planet buster in the series. Re: Dragon Ball Super: Power Level Discussion Thread
I'd say Vegeta was a planet buster.
Let's not forget that planets come in all different sizes. King Cold said that Earth was only a small planet so Vegeta may have only been at small planet busting levels.
Someone like Frieza may have been at large planet busting levels, capable of destroying a planet the size of Jupiter perhaps.
Cell said he could destroy an entire Solar System and then it was said Beerus could destroy the Solar System in an instant.

Re: Dragon Ball Super: Power Level Discussion Thread
Technically Roshi is a planet buster since he blew up the moon and Mercury is not much larger -- so it is possible planet size is a factor.
Somehow, I find the precision of slicing a planet in half much more impressive than simply blowing a planet to bits, which is merely a large enough explosion.

I finds this hilarious back then people argue whether or not canon dbz was ftl now already back-to-back ftl feats in the firsr two episodes and a strinking feat plus
an end to the 40 ton crap
Re: Dragon Ball Super: Power Level Discussion Thread
Where do you guys expect Champa to fall in amongst the God Tiers? I'm assuming that he'll be the antagonist of the Universe 6 arc so he'll be stronger than Golden Frieza but I think they'll keep him below Beerus.
