Which Super Saiyan form did Gohan use against Dabra?

There is a quote in Dragon Ball Xenoverse which Vegeta says "Impressive, your Super Saiyan 2 is even stronger than Gohan's".

In the scan I have Vegeta doesn't say the name itself, but since there are a lot of versions of the same thing, I do wonder if "Super Saiyan 2" appears in Vegeta's balloon, including the Japanese version.

You should remove those types of scans where it can be seen that its pirated version.

Super Saiyan 2 isn't coined or used at all until right before Goku reveals Ssj3. Casual mentions to anybody being "Super Saiyan" prior can be taken as any variation thereof unless otherwise distinguished.

Also, if I'm not mistaken, Vegeta says that Goku is even stronger than Gohan was during the Cell Game, but I could be wrong.

Found it. Vegeta saying Super Saiyan 2 in Xenoverse.

Just wanted to know if this exactly dialogue appears in the manga in any version of it.

Vegeta said that Goku's power is even higher than Gohan's was back then.Vegeta was likely talking about Gohan in the Cell Games.

Chapter: 458 (DBZ 264), P8.1-4
Context: as Goku and Vegeta are about to fight
Goku: “I don’t wanna take any damage from you and have it become Majin Boo’s energy…So I’m gonna end this quickly, at maximum power.”
Vegeta: “I’m looking forward to this…Show me the fruits of your training in the afterlife. *Goku transforms into Super Saiyan 2* Just as I’d expect. Your power is greater than Gohan’s was back then!”

No, Goku names it Super Saiyan 2 for the first time when he shows it to Boo.

Piccolo later says Vegeta had surpassed Super Saiyan and likely had greater power than Gohan did when he fought Cell.

Vegeta's quote to Goku is more straightforward, though.

All visual cues, which Toriyama was generally quite consistent with when it came to the manga, points to Gohan only being in the regular Ssj form, not Ssj2. The whole Dabra > Cell situation isn't a 100% reliable one, given that Vegeta and Goku's comments were made solely due to judging him by his actions and movements (and his use of magic), not anything they could actually sense from him. Goku's comment, as a result, may simply be a somewhat inaccurate estimation.

Gohan clearly was a SSJ vs dabura

goku says dabura is as strong as the cell he fought, and a little stronger maybe? using magic

Gohan cannot turn ssj2 at will it takes extreme rage or anger to transform. He never mastered the form.

There were 0 panels of him having ssj2 traits in the fight..
