Correct. That's what I do.

I gotta say, those yellow patches don't translate well to reality.

This is an incomplete work but I need opinions. I'm trying to make a custom Tiencha fusion fake. I'm mixing several pictures together.

Image

There's somthing that's off about this and I can't figure out what it is. Is it the hair? The face? What's wrong with this and how can I make it better? Please and thanks, guys!

I think... it may be the hair. The angle of it doesn't quite look right. It kinda looks like it comes up from BEHIND his head too, but judging from your avatar, it's supposed to look like that.

Oh, and maybe flip the third eye upside-down from what it is right now... He's frowning, but it looks like the third eye thinks he should be doing Volleyball Fist.

The chin might be a little too extended and pointed.

Other than that, it looks great. Just a few odd things around the head and face.

Thanks! With that advice I reworked it a little and came up with this:

It's looking much better, IMO. Any additional comments? Anybody?

I'm also going to do a pallet swap with Green and Orange, as well as a different hairdo.

I read about a what if the other day about, what if Buu absorbed Shenron.
So I drew a quick scenario;

1 Dragon Ball GT South Park-styled Character and 2 Original Characters:

Image
Yi Xing Long: This took a few hours to make, since I had to find an accurate picture of Yi Xing Long, also I had to remake the base person into Yi Xing Long.

Image
Furatman: A fusion of my Original Character: Furanki and Cartman. I'm not sure how I came up with this. For this fusion I literally just combined their hair together.

Image
Adult Furanki: The adult version of my fan-character, yeah.

Image
Yi Xing Long's Base: The person that I made into Yi Xing Long.

Can I get some help from some artists here? I've traced a low-res image of Bulma to a higher quality full body image. The only problem is that I have to extend the legs and It's really not turning out very well. If I can just get some pointers as to how I should go about shading the legs it would be greatly appreciated!

Here's a small version of my image:

Here's the original:

The actual length of the legs look good. I think the issue is that Bulma's torso is on an angle, but you've got her legs both facing almost squarely right at us. Put them at a bit more of an angle, and make sure her right foot is placed a bit 'higher' up than her left so you get a bit of a sense of perspective.

Thanks for the feedback! That's great advice I will adjust accordingly. What do you think about the shading of the legs? As far as consistency, n such.

You're welcome. Oh and yeah, now that you point it out, the shading is a bit off for her legs.

The light source from the picture seems to be up above her left arm somewhere. Hence the shadows on the underneath of it. The shadows on the inside of her right arm, though, are being cast by her ti-... torso.

So the shadow on the inside of her right leg is okay, since that's being casted by her other leg. But the shadow on the outside of her left leg shouldn't be there. Toss it onto the outside of the opposite leg instead, methinks.

Here we go. This has been a working progress and with the suggestions of a few fellow Daizex members (yes, including Rocketman) it is completed and looking fantastic!

Also, I found this image on deviantART and cracked up. It's such a funny concept. And the facial expressions are just perfect.

Oh, man. And I love the art style too. I love looking at pictures of Dragon Ball characters done on other drawing styles.
Anyway, here's the link to the picture's page for anybody who is interested:

I have an OC called Kurumin, he's Krillins older brother.
He's not stronger then the average human Z-fighter but is a true master of Ki-controle.

Yamcha: Do you remember the spell to release him - do you know all the words?
Bulma: Of course! I'm not gonna pull a Frieza and screw it up!
Master Roshi: Bulma, I think Frieza failed because he wore too many clothes!

I got bored and looked for an image of Goku, than I decided to bump up the colors and make it look newer, using colors from the Jump Anime Tour Special:

Image

I'm not the greatest at using Photoshop either.

The eye color however, came from SSJ Goku in Burst Limit.

Here's a tip... Use the magic wand tool to select the area that you're recoloring before filling it in with the bucket. It prevents those harsh lines between colors. Be sure to adjust the magic wand's sensitivity appropriately first.

How's this?

I decided to stay as true to the special as possible so that explains the hair.
