I'm a little lost as to what you're trying to state

In one piece there are magical fruits that, among other things, canlet you transform into a specific animal. Chopper is a Reindeer that ate one of those fruits to become a Human.

The fruits grant both a full animal form and a half animal form. Chopper spends most of time in the half human form.

But what does this show in terms of characters aging?

It's probably not him directly but one of the staff that works on his website.

Jaco is really an interesting character, that's why he needs to come back and be a regular character in Dragon Ball S, just like Tights could turn out to be interesting as well.

Jaco is one of the only things good about Akira Toriyama's recent work so i hope he get's a part in Dragon Ball Super. Tights is one of Akira Toriyama's worst idea's though. Making her Bulma's sister is just too much to accept. Where was she when everything in the manga was taking place ? Her being Bulma's sister just isn't believable. Why couldn't he just make her a close friend of the family or an employee of Capsule Corporation ?

Even though i want Jaco to be included in Dragon Ball Super, i think there needs to be more of a background story on him to become believable. If he can warn Bulma of Frieza in RoF then why hasn't he or any other of the Galactic Patrolmen ever warned Bulma of other threats ?

I think we need another Jaco manga to clear things up a bit so they can become a bit more believable. Jaco and Tights not being around during the events of the Dragon Ball manga needs to be explained before i can take them seriously.

Which other threats? He warned her of Freeza because probably most planets in the galaxy learned about his resurrection. He's the galactic overlord. His resurrection is a big deal. News of it probably spread around the galaxy during the infamous 4 month period. But which other threats? Raditz, Vegeta and Nappa? They were on a secret mission, Freeza himself didn't know about it, let alone Jaco. The Androids and Cell? These originated on Earth. Buu? Kaioshin took care of that.

Nah, just kidding. But that's the only explanation I have for that green tint.

Additionally, we know the Galactic Patrol aren't really a match for even the Saiyans, so it's not like they'd stick their neck out for much more. Considering they were ready to wipe out all life on Earth themselves, it's not like they'd really care all that much about these other villains coming to do so.

I didn't know Kai buu arc had a green tint problem. I haven't seen any buu arc episodes... At all... Nor do I care to really anyway. But given all the other bad things I've heard this must make that arc a complete waste of time.

But how did you hear about this monitor problem? That is almost comical if broken monitors made a whole arc have an off color tint.

No, there is no truth behind any claims about broken monitors. It's just a silly joke that's been brought up a few times in the past when theorising about how awful the Boo Kai remaster is.
