Well, there's a bunch of video game characters that would be vague in power IMO, such as SSJ3 Broly or Baby Janemba or Cell-X. And that I find it difficult to accurately estimate how powerful those guys were.

Also had no idea about the Tekken characters. XD

But here's some quick versus for ya:

Android 14 VS Android 20 (post-absorptions)

Am I missing something? Who the heck is evil Great Ape Bardock? And frrom where? DB Minus? TV Special? Episode of Bardock? Or is this just the regular Bardock turned Great Ape and happens to have an evil personality?

Evil Bardock is the Dragon Ball Online/Xenoverse/Heroes mind-controlled Bardock. He can turn Great Ape in DB Heroes, and there's a trailer of him fighting and defeating Super Saiyan 4 Goku, and surviving against Gogeta.

There is a trailer where his power level was shown, it is over 2 billions and 800. That means he has the highest power level ever registered in an official material, surpassing even Super Saiyan Gogeta, as you know, who was stated to have 2 billions and half.

It is a Dragon Ball Heroes thing, though. It's not like Bardock would receive some/such treatment from that author. He needs other hands to act, unfortunately.

What? No. He is controlled by him through that mask. I think it is mentioned in Dragon Ball Online when Mira possesses someone, he can give a certain amount of power, increasing the possessed person's power by how much Mira wants, but I am not sure if this information is real and I read it years ago, even if I read correctly... Lol.

A fusion though... Now that you mentioned, I want to see a King Vegeta and Bardock fusion in Heroes.

That's my conclusion. The manga I hear has all these inconsistencies as well, so there's no point in trying to rationalize it or count it.

Looks like a Piccolo VS Kaioshin question in disguise. Kidding. lol

Anyways, if you think that Piccolo was more powerful than Kaioshin and just stepped down from the 25th WMAT match out of respect, then Yakon wins. If indeed, Kaioshin has a much higher power level than Piccolo, then Kaioshin wins against Yakon. Yakon is supposed to be like around 1/3rd of Buu Saga SSJ Goku's power, based on Babidi's Kili device. However, I'm not sure if that was Goku at 100% as a SSJ.

It's possible he was suppressed as a SSJ, since

Yakon = 800 kiri

Goku ~ Yakon

SSJ Goku = 3,000 kiri

3,000 / 800 = 3.75x

So unless SSJ is now a 3.75x boost, he was most likely suppressed.
