I think what's going to happen here is obvious, Bardock is going to lose to Cold, and Cold is actually injured by Bra in round 3. And she'll be rewarded for only nearly killing Cold which is an improvement over Zangya.

As far as we know Bardock's only seen the injured Cold and assumed that he's the one who did that to Cold, and he might become arrogant and lose because of that. Or he'll just be straight up overpowered.

If a fan series traces off itself or the original series its based on, then I'm personally fine with it. Its when the tracing goes into other series that I take issue. If a fight in Dragonball or one of its fan series looked identical to a fight in One Piece, Bleach, Naruto, or some other series, then yeah that would be a issue.

With that aside, the art is indeed great right now and makes Multiverse much more enjoyable compared to what we got after the Vegito special that Charlotte drew.

Well there we have it. Bardock even after all these years is still only a basic SSJ, which makes sense. There are no other creatures that could topple him besides Raichi, and he had no reason to believe there was anything more than SSJ, which makes me wonder about U13 Vegeta and his SSJ2
