Just saw a short video of a press conference (it was nothing but introductions, nothing new) but I found it interesting James Wong (the director) got more applause than anyone, including Chow Yun-Fat (not a whole lot more, but a little).

They were shown 20 minutes of the movie so maybe they were pleased.

Okay, have finally listened to the song.

I likes it. It's really upbeat, and I find it fitting for Dragon Ball. I could see this being an ending theme to any of the three anime series.

I dunno. It feels...."rough" to me. Not really "harsh" so much as just..."intense". And there's this tiny little upbeat bit that comes in here and there, but I would have preferred something a bit lighter in tone.

Wow, I like how that song sounds on piano WAY better than it does in the ads and music video.

Also, two people playing the same piano at the same time; passes strange and moves straight to awesome. :3

Sounds slightly upbeat compared to the original, but very impressive.

Going off topic (I guess it's been worse), there are some very impressive piano renidtions on Youtube. My favorite Cha La and We Gotta Power ones:

The news from Thailand's PC are coming out a bit slow despite having so many reporters from various countries. I'm sure they'll publish their reports or special reports at least a week before it premieres in their countries.

It's interesting that in HK newspaper reports from the PC, they were asking a lot about Stephen Chow's involement in the movie and his absence in the DBE press tour. The google translations are a bit wonky and confuses me. I'll ask my colleague's help to translate the news tomorrow.

I'm still looking for the videos of the PC.

I find it funny how the cast fooling around smiling and having a good time looks more like Dragonball then what I've seen from the main charachters thus far in the actual movie.
