Where abouts in the Midlands do you live? As the last theatrical run Manga UK done (Wolf Children) the nearest one to me was Leicester. And they've just announced screenings for Ghost in Shell and no Birmingham. Again.
But whatever happens I'm gonna see BoG so please Manga make it easy on me and release it in B'ham lol

I live near Wolverhampton. So it's more than likely that I'd be travelling to see it Lol. I really hope it isn't only London that will have theatrical showings. I hate going/driving to London .

I could see Showcase Cinema's having a few showings. They might have a few IMAX screening as well. That would finally give me a chance to go to an IMAX cinema.

Sometimes they don't have everything that will be coming out on the first wave of solicitations, so there's still a small chance it could be then (or September even, but that's hoping for too much probably). I have a feeling they won't unveil the release date until after the limited theatrical run (barring any leaks of course).

FUNimation's really taking too long to get the Blu-ray version of it for pre-orders, the way I'll be watching it through BD (Jpn w/Eng subs) not going out of my way to a cinema. Plus, I like to own a copy and watch it comfortably at home.

Wow! that'd be awesome if Battle of Gods got released on DVD/Blu-ray in November or December! But would they have enough time to make that many from now til then? just curious.

Very interesting, so much nostalgia between the toonami network and Dragon Ball. Anyways i'm interested to see that Battle of Gods is actually airing commercials on television (on toonami even) very interesting to hear.
