I don't hate you Vegeta_DTX, but I hate some of your posts... well most of them.

Anyway, what do you think the invaders are?

I was 13 in 1999 when I was introduced to it and I'm 21 now.

But seriously, an R rated Dragonball movie? Dont be stupid...
I wasn't implying I wanted an R Dragonball movie, I'm just saying that since most of the people who even know about the movie now, probably aren't the demographic that I've heard it's being targeted at.

Well yes, Goku is the most important character, but he probably said that so as not to sound arrogant about being the lead.

I'm not sure if this has been posted, but here's a tidbit of some more of Marsters thougts on Dragonball:
What can you tell us about your role in the Dragonball movie?
"I'm not really allowed to talk about any of the movie details, but I can say that James Wong is obviously a gifted and insightful director! When I got the role I had doubts. The more I live with it I realize that I am going to rock this harder than I have anything in my life – I’m hungry for it."

Wow. That's a pretty big statement. I'd expect nothing less than a visual explosion considering all they have working on it, but still... Hope it's as good as he's saying.

Of course, I'm taking it with a grain of salt bigger than my head.

He made his cookie and he eated it too! DDD:

*cough*

Aaaaanyways. That's really encouraging to hear, then... he may have been unsure of it before, but it sounds like he thinks this movie's really going to be going somewhere, and he's really excited about it. I'm a bit more stoked about it now--if he likes this job that much, and he thinks Wong's doing a good job directing it so far, I can imagine that this really IS going to be a good film. At least, I think I can raise my hopes for it a little more. :D
Art, etc. links taken down for now. Will be updated at some point. I dunno.

I guess he knows what he's talking about. But i'm still thinking it's going to be like streetfighter the movie, van damme was a big star and he still put his name to that, so...

Aggghhhh why you remind me on Street Fighter LAM :(

SF LAM sucked like nothing in whole universe, and still is champion of it, but DB LAM is gonna take it down for sure...IMO

Also I am not sure do you know about this, but look at these two new characters:
Unknown High Schooler: Shavon Kirksey
Agundus: Texas Battle (rumored)...

just sad...

Welcome to the new and improved web design for James Marsters' only official US web site. Many of you have inquired about how the writers strike is impacting James - thankfully, not one bit. He is insanely busy working on 'DragonBall', as well as, 'Smallville'. In addition, he is preparing for upcoming concerts and appearances this year. The film 'PS I Love You' seems to be the little engine that could and continues to keep a steady box office.

Just a tidbit :P

I agree. Looks nothing like Goku. Bad SSj3 comparison or otherwise.

Then again, the old live action DB didn't quite have accurate Son Goku hair, either.

Performance wise, nobody knows how Chatwin will do. It's definitely safe to say that appearance aspect however, he fails..miserably.

The inaccurate hair is probably one of the better aspects of the film so far though. But yeah, none of these photos are making me feel any better yet. I hate to sound racist but I still can't get over Gokuh being white when plenty of the other characters have been cast as asians. Bulma I can totally see, but Gokuh? I would've preferred a Mexican.

I really don't see anything wrong with you expecting a guy with a Japanese translation of a Chinese name from a Japanese story based on a Chinese story where both involve a lot of heavy Chinese (or at least Asian) influences to be an Asian guy in live action. :D
