GT inflated the strength of the Saiyan's and villains to biblical proportions. GT really went out of their way to make guys like Vegetto, Buuhan and Ultimate Gohan like look total scrubs in comparison to what GT could offer.

I just don't understand what puts her at that level. There's the anime guide that puts SSJ Vegetto around SSJ4 level. I just didn't think Pan was around SSJ4.

In the last arc she was comparable to Base Goku, and that Base Goku was stronger than S17 arc Vegeta, who was implied to have kept his Baby power up.

Also that guide that says Super Vegetto >= SS4 Goku is contradicted by these 2 quotes:

It could be argued that Goku didn't "feel" Vegettos Ki. Not brilliant but I'd go with that and keep the guides statement. Out of universe I'd argue that line was there for dramatic effect and this guide book just tells us how powerful Vegetto really was.

Vegeta-Baby's comment still holds true, even if you disregard Goku.

Also, Goten and Trunks knew how strong Gotenks was, and Vegeta even remembered what it was like being fused with Goku, so there's really no reason for Goku not to know how strong Vegetto was.

Out of universe I would argue Super Baby 1 > Super Vegetto was the actual intent, considering they made SBV1 last about 5 minutes just to have the two people who have actually been Vegetto before have lines including "greatest Saiyan power" and "greatest Ki I ever felt".

I just don't see the need for the guide to mention Vegetto if that was the case, and because they haven't made the direct comparison I'll just work a way around it. I can totally understand why you believe it's that way though, but I'll stick to the guide which makes the direct comparison of SSJ Vegetto to SSJ4. I'll just say that Gokus statement and Bebis were there for dramatic effect. In universe.. I'll think of something

This is the quote. It seems to just be talking about SSJ Vegetto.

He was already stronger than every existing Saiyan, but he doesn't get the "greatest of Saiyan powers" until he transforms, leaving only Super Vegetto to be surpassed.

GT power inflation is frankly sickening and is one of the many reasons I'll never take GT seriously, I'm suprised anyone does tbh.
Pan being > SSJ Vegito just 'because' no just no. It makes Freeza's '4 months of God knows what training' sound reasonable in comparison.

I'd prefer to take GT's route of Saiyans continually get stronger as they fight over Freeza becoming thousands of times stronger in 4 months, but that's just me.
