I have a question to the pro “neck crack” crowd. Do you think we were cheated? In current mangas we see stuff in detail instead of a silhouette.
Dragon Ball may be violent but it's not really some kind of perverse tool for watching people get killed.

I'm pretty glad we didn't get to see some little girl get her neck broken. Well, what ever gets you off!

What is this mangas you speak of? Surely it's Man-Gas, the gas of man!

It was a common thing in the old Shounen Mangas (Fist of the North Star), but nowadays it's only for what's older than Shounen like Seinen

Don't forget the time Goku kicked Drum in the head. That was pretty extreme. There are lots of other moments too.

It's normal for a manga to be less edited than a TV anime. Usually only OVAs have the freedom to match such violence, sex, etc. It's probably one of the reasons they never made a 3x3 Eyes TV series (although I say it still would have been good even if they reduced the violence, like the newer Guyver).

Surprisingly, Konjiki no Gash Bell!! of all things has a lot more blood in manga form. In some panels the characters are just completely filled in black.

PS: Manga is plural. You don't need to add an s to the end.

Yet another difference between Kakarotto and Son Goku . . . the guy has no compassion at all when compared with Son Goku :?. Not to mention the fact that he all too easily underestimates Pan's strength simply because she is a child. It will be very ironic when he has to fight the other Pan. :)

This 16-Pan turned into a Super Sayan and kakarotto still said those words instead of being impressed.

Also he understand what a SSJ is because we know that Vegeta from his universe is a SSJ.

So he must be at least at SSJ level and I don`t think that our Pan can beat him.

I am still curious about the fact that Vegeta from Universe 13 mentioned that he and the other Saiyans where "Super Saiyans". We don't see Nappa go SSJ in the first few pages when it shows the catastrophic battle between Brolly and Vegetto, yet Vegeta did. It is possible that they are all Super Saiyans but Vegeta could also have just named them "Super Saiyans" just to show that they are the strongest Saiyans that ever lived in his universe. We don't really know yet . . . That's the great thing about the alternate universes, the characters we know could be different in so many ways.

On the subject of Kakarotto, he did not appear to be present during the future Brolly v.s. Vegetto fight, neither was his brother Raditz. It's possible they are both killed in a fight we will see later or maybe they where there. Also it is important to remember Kakarotto did not receive the same training our Son Goku did. Yet he could still be strong enough to be a Super Saiyan. It's all speculation still . . . though I do admit I would like to see the other Universe 13 Saiyans actually go golden. 8)

P.S. Both Pan's are 14 years old in this doujinshi.

Well, Vegeta from that universe is most definitively a super sayan.

He says that he discovered the secret of the SSJ on namek while they were fighting Freeza on page 46 of this fan manga.

But we don`t know about the others.

This is getting better and better but where are the humans? I would expect an universe where Tienshinhan is the strongest warrior in Earth or something.

What was with the Kakarot panel? It totally detracted from the scene/mood. He's evil... we get it, now show some more of Gohan.

Salagir et. al. said that there would be no humans. As we see, all people above the normal SSJ power are left, the rest forfeited.
Tenshinhan and the humans wouldn't stand a chance, hence leaving them out.
No more time for Daizex. Goodbye folks!

U18 Pan and those high-tech freaks are still in the tournament. They could make humans use Kaioken x100 or something to keep up with SSJ level.

I still think Tenshinhan with Shin-Kaioken would be a badass.

We need to see of less Gohan and more evil Kakarot. Besides he has a point. Don't let your kids fight super powered freaks.

That's a life lesson Goku should probably learn. I mean, well over half of the Buu saga could have been avoided.

I find it strange how sometimes the villains are leagues smarter than the cast...

But then I remember the Cell Games.
