But that cover is for the anime or the manga? I really hope ultra instinct isn't really a new form as it is in the anime. It just doesn't make sense, the "self-movement" is simply the thing Beerus does in the gods fight and his eyes don't change or something.

It was named by Toriyama, it'll be in both. It's already foreshadowed in the manga, with Beerus saying SSB is nothing more than a powered up SSG, and therefore nothing to him.
